We have been renting out home in Orion. Our property manager had another HVAC come and give a quote to replace the furnace

It is acting up and is 21 years old so it is time

I called NES Plumbing and Heatjng for a second quote

It took a little coordination to get the tenant to respond and schedule the estimator to come out, but it finally happened. I am appreciative that NES is willing to work with us on that

They called me after the estimator finished. The technician proceeded to tell me he did an evaluation of what was wrong and the fee would be $75.00. Um.. no. I already know what is wrong with it, I only need a quote to place it. We are not repairing a 21 year old furnace.

They backed stepped the service fee since there was an obvious miss-communication

Their quote was $1,500.00 more than the company our property manager uses. So we went with them.

Had NES come out to fix my furnace on October 21, 2020. After the blower motor and furnace capacitor were replaced the furnace was making a high pitched noise that could be heard on the other side of my home. I called and spoke to Aaron and explained what was going on. I sent him a video of the noise. He spoke with Nathan and they said that it sounded like the noise was coming from the air being pulled through the filters. I took the furnace doors off and the noise was still there. Nathan came to asses the noise and said that it was normal noise that electricity makes. He then told me that I could hang blankets and towels in my laundry room to help lessen the sound. They do not stand by their customers or their warranties. When we moved in here 12 years ago the furnace was brand new and did now make that noise and never made that noise over the last 12 years so it is not normal. I feel that one of the new parts is the cause of the noise due to it not being there before Nathan did the repairs. I feel that they should replace the two parts that were fixed. I intend to have another company come out and assess the situation and will be filing a small claim in court. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are very unprofessional, condescending, and treat you like your lying. If they are not getting any more money for the repairs, then the repairs do not get done.

Chris was great- sent photo and arrival time by text about 30 min before arrival. Arrived on time, job completed on time even though I have challenges with my house design. Put in new hot water heater and replaced 2 older toilets all within about 4 hours. Chris did the little things to make sure job done right, versus just completed, so no worries for me down the road. Looking forward to next project with NES a new Heating and cooling system.

Communication was very good. I received a phone call from the office an hour before my appointment to let me know that the service technician was running late due to an earlier service call. The service technician, Aaron D., also called to let me know when he was on his way. Aaron put on shoe protectors as he entered my house and politely listened as I explained the issue we were having with our furnace humidifier. He quickly determined and fixed the problem and explained how we could prevent the issue in the future. The job scheduler and service technician were both very polite, and the service call/diagnosis fee fair, therefore we will definitely us NES again if the need arises. In fact, we have taped Aaron's business card to our furnace so there will be no confusion as to who to call.

Responded to my 'no A/C' call within an hour. Found the problem immediately. Since I already paid for a service call, I decided to have the condenser serviced for an additional $75. Looked like it was the first time since new 27 years ago. Very satisfied.

the 1st year and 2nd year I used their services, I was elated with the service and caring attitude, but this year I definitely noticed that something has changed - and not for the good - after notifying them of low pressure and the kitchen sink area not working correctly after their most recent visit, they came out (to collect an additional $150 for some piping they forgot to add to the original bill), but didn't seem concerned about the new problems I was experiencing after their visit, saying I should consider having them put in a new system rather than checking out or trying to correct the problems - when the problems got worse, I calledthem and was told they would be getting back with me - and they never did

I called this morning for drain backup and slow draining tub. The woman on the phone was kind and took my information. After a brief hold she came back and told me ""we don't have anyone in the area "" At all? I asked? Ever? Maybe because I live in Pontiac? I have had this happen before. This is just my assumption. I was in no hurry, she didn't even offer when the world be in the area. I see they are in Oxford and looking at other reviews, they have gone as far as Downriver....
