THE WORST! The worst experience. I feel ripped off. I recently contracted with this company for my home heating and cooling contractor. The heating check up went fine but today when they came to do my central AC checkup it went bad. I feel like I was overcharged and one of the owners basically told me that was their pricing and tough luck, and she would not answer my questions and I was really polite. Well they got my money but I feel obligated to share to save others the same grief. The tech, who was a nice guy, said my system was low 2.5 lbs of 410-A freon and did I want it charged up? I said sure if it's a little low best to charge it up. It took him under six minutes to charge it, I was watching through the window. I have no way of knowing if it was low or how much he put in, just their word. It seems unlikely that it takes under six minutes to put 3 lbs of freon into a system. He also put in a can of some type of leak stop. First I don't see how it was that low the system is only a few years old and has never been low or had any sort of leak, it is checked every spring. So I get the bill and its $419!
First I already paid for the service with my yearly contract. They charged $93 per pound for the freon and $140 for the leak stop. They said that was the discounted rate for contract customers. I googled the products and 410-A freon costs $4 per lb. not $93 per lb and the exact same brand of leak stop stuff was $13 on amazon not $140! I understand there is a mark up but it just did'nt feel right. And the owners attitude was the worst part, she never gave me an explanation of the cost and had an attitude that this was just their cost. They NEVER did answer my questions, how I knew my system was low to begin with? Did they really put in 3 lbs in under six minutes? Did I need the leak stuff and is it harmful to my system in any way?
The owner just kept skirting and avoiding the questions. There are a lot of heating and cooling companies out there, I highly recommend choosing someone else.

I said yes if you think it needs it. 2.5 lbs low didn't seem like a lot but what do I know. I watched the guy thru the window and timed him, it took him under 6 minutes. I get the bill and it's $419. I feel ripped off. There are a lot of reputable heating and ac companies, my recommendation is to choose another company that will stand by their work and answer questions and verify the work they perform.

We bought a new house and Tim from Neri and Russo gave an initial estimate of $ 492 and than they increased to $1,492. They lied and said that they gave the estimate to the realtor.

We asked them for the estimate and they couldn't produce. This is pure cheating!! I wouldn't recommend anybody to use them. Their ethics and business practices are questionable.

The service man we've used the last three years is very friendly and professional and someone always answers their phone at the office number. However, their prices are so much higher than other companies in the area that we've recently switched. They don't have 24/7 emergency service, which is of the utmost when dealing with heat issues.
