Gabe was terrific today. I needed help right away. He explained his schedule, we worked out a time, agreed on a price. He came when he said, did what he said, and charged what he said. He was thorough, neat, analytical, and explained his reasons for the decisions he made. Then we had a chat. An excellent experience!

I've had a KWC kitchen faucet for more than ten years and while a great appliance, it had an infuriating habit of loosening over time. 3 plumbers have tightened the faucet only to have it loosen up within weeks. When I asked another plumber to fix the appliance he told me KWC's hardware was so badly designed he refused to work on them - and sent me to Gabe. Gabe came in and did the job. KWC seems to have new hardware to address the flaws and two months later Gabe's work is holding up - tight as a drum. I'm so grateful. Excellent work.

I am a general contractor, worked for a plumbing contractor years ago for a few years. I do my own plumbing. I met Gabe throudh a friend who owns a lot of property. I was looking for a plumber to recommend to someone whose work I couldn't get to at the time. The friend suggested Gabe. It all went well and over the years I have referred him many times. I have had him come to two of my jobs to scope the waste line with his TV camera. I too am puzzled my the comments by the woman with the 3rd story remodel..doesn't sound like Gabe to me either. Hummmm..

Gabe at Neptune completely re-plumbed the upstairs of our Victorian last year, and was courteous, communicative, highly skilled, and fairly priced.

I was looking for his contact information for a friend and the one star review from Alison H. compelled me to write my own. Her review nearly convinced me I had looked up the wrong guy because her description was so completely different from the person I did business with. Who knows? Perhaps he has an evil twin, but the Gabe who worked on my place was excellent in every way.

Gabe at Neptune plumbing is absolutely wonderful. He is very knowledgeable, reasonable and reliable. We have had him work on our 1929 Tudor many times and he always comes quickly in an emergency and knows exactly how to handle the ancient plumbing in our home. Definitely recommend him!

I am a plumbing contractor myself. I have known Gabe for more than 15 years and we often help each other out on large jobs. He is smart, organized, experienced and utterly competent.

I recommend him to clients who I cannot get to and continue to work with him.

The review from Alison H is quite skewed. For the record, the supplies in question, were delivered to the actual contractor who had purchased them. That contractor has also ceased to work for her and she did short him on his final payment.

Her claim about him not knowing the code regarding cast iron on three story structures is a fabrication.

I have relied on Gabe Trujillo for 25 years- as have many friends. He is honest & accurate in estimates. He will not allow needless risks. Last summer (2012) while I was away, my old water heater started leaking. He saved the day, accommodating an awkward situation which could have destroyed property & cost fortune.
I cannot believe the poor review posted. He has had total access to my flat and has been impeccable. (Could the long negative review reflect a woman with a personal ax to grind ?)
Gabe is totally trustworthy & responds quickly. It is a great benefit to have a plumber you can trust.
