I only give this business a 1 star so I can review it a zero it what it deserves. Steve Harris took my money for a deck job that he never even started he never obtained permits or purchased material as contracted when I cancelled the contract he refused to return my money now have to fight him in court. he isn't licensed to do work in Wilkes Barre or Hanover He talks a great game but he isn't knowledgeable or trust worthy Porch.com dropped him from their platform for his dishonesty and business practice... beware of this company
