Eugene is exceptionally personable, competent and professional, and his prices are more than fair. My toilet wouldn't stop overflowing until I shut off the valve and he was able come within two hours and clean the line. After he left, my bathroom sink started leaking and he came back to my house, even though he was 20 miles away, to look at it and diagnose the problem (basically the sink is worn out and needs replacing). It's been a week and so far, so good; he even followed up twice to make sure everything was okay. I'm so impressed with his excellent customer service and can't recommend him highly enough!

I had two toilets leaking. Contacted NEP and Eugene was very responsive very quickly and let me know what might be the problem and how much the repair or replacement would cost.

I had him come take a look at my bathrooms for an estimate. He was on time and was great with communication. He walked me through the possible problems and his recommendations.

I had him replace one toilet and replace the wax seal for the other.

He was very reasonable for his price and was great value. He showed up on time and even went to Home Depot to buy and pick up my new toilet for no extra cost.

I called NEP this week to replace a leaky toliet. The toliet was very old so I decided to have it replaced instead.

I called NEP plumbing and had Eugene come out the next day to replace the toilet. He sent me links for toilets to choose from at Home Depot and once I decided on which one, he purchased the toilet on my behalf and replaced it with that unit.

Eugene showed up on time and only took about 90 minutes to complete the job. I paid for the removal and replacement of the toilet plus the cost of a new one. All in all it was a really good deal and I can't complain. Additionally, he did an amazing job and I'm very happy with his work.

I would highly recommend him to anybody with any toilet replacement jobs in the Tri-Valley area.
