Our laundry room flooded overnight . Woke to a horrible smell . We tried everything we could. Finally sent a request on Yelp . Yevhen (Eugene) answered the phone personally and even dismissed my worry about calling him on a Sunday with a friendly 'not a problem ' . He was heaven sent . Arrived early . OMG!!! What a great person and skilled plumber.
First want to share about his personality: He impressed us with his polite and humble attitude. Before he came in the house, he covered his shoes to protect our floors He was very detailed in his assessment of the issue we had. There were some roadblocks that he never once brought up, but he just found solutions to.
Second, want to share about his skills: The project was to change a dual bowl kitchen sink, remove the garbage disposal, install new single bowl sink that is was bigger in size than the initial sink, preserve the old tiles, and reattach the dishwasher.
He did such an amazing job, this new sink looks like it was meant to be there, and that it was there all along. He has such a great attention to details and he is so considered, he changed the air gap to match the faucet. He also cleaned up before he left, and he was just so very nice and polite throughout all his hard work.

We were doing laundry and our sinks started backing up in the laundry room and kitchen. We called Eugene from NEP Plumbing and he was able to come to our home within an hour to help us. Turns out there was a big clog in our pipes. He ran the snake several times and was finally able to clear the clog. His prices were extremely reasonable and Eugene did an excellent job fixing our issue quickly and restoring our pipes back to full use. He also gave us some advice on basic plumbing remodeling and troubleshooting so that we could fix future issues ourselves.
