Had them repair overflowing toilet and fixing a running toilet cost me $400.00two weeks later, the toilet was overflowing again. I called them back and this time he had difficulty routing and said I had a collapsed underground pipe and would have to tear up my cellar floor and fix the pipe. This would cost $6000.00 . I got a second opinion who was able to clear out a large clog and ran a camera all the way to the street. There was no obstruction or broken pipe. Always get a second opinion.

If I could say negative number I would. Waited two weeks for him to come to replace a heating system. Waiting for financing. Today he tells me is going on vacation for two weeks. Via text. And I had to ask! He never says much but not to say he is putting me off the schedule is outrageous. I have been a customer for 12 years. If you want honesty and a direct conversation- look elsewhere. I sent many customers his way. I am reeling from this. He probably did not install the last system correctly. It burnt out in 12 years! The pipes were not pitched properly for draining. Another lack in communication was also revealed with the end of this furnace. His own worker yelled at me because maintenance on a system is YEARLY! Charlie never informed me. It is probably why the burner burnt out. No oversight or compassion. Money money money. Happy Charlie? Have a nice trip. You were not only disrespectful but mean with your terse silence. And thanks Luigi! I should have known when you bad mouthed Charlie Nemes I was In for a nightmare scenario. You were right, he forgot the Hartford Loop and the system cracked!! 14 days and NO HEAT! Pay a little more. Get reputable contractor.

Very disappointing and unreliable! They left me without hot water for three days and I ended up calling out another plumber. The only was rude and could have cared less, and it was pretty expensive, in the end, since I paid them $250 but the problem wasn't fixed. And the vehicle that he came in leaked oil all over my driveway.

Do not use this plummer. He will start the project and leave you in limbo and NEVER return a phone call. Had to call another plumber to FIX then finish his job.
