Con Artist. The City of Buffalo had to force this man to refund my money after he did shoddy work.

I would not recommend Nelson Plumbing if you need to have a big job done in a timely manner. He came in and gave me an estimate to replace the water line to my property, and asked me to pay two-thirds of the total amount up front. I did that in December of 2018. He did not start by getting the permits until January 3, 2019. He did not complete the plumbing line until February 27, 2019, and did not complete the project by putting dirt, cement, etc. back until the end of March, 2019. After I paid him and he left, I discovered that someone clogged my outside sewer line with concrete and rocks which caused flooding in the basement of my property. I would not hire this company ever again.

Nelson responded quickly to my call and came out the same day to provide an estimate. He completed the work in a timely manner and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I hope we're done with plumbing issues but if necessary, I would surely call him again.

Nelson did a fantastic job replacing my broken water line. He came over right away when I called and explained all the steps involved in replacing the line. I was worried it would cost a fortune but Nelson's price was very reasonable considering the enormous amount of work involved: digging up the yard, running a new pipe from my basement to the street and installing a new water box... all of which he did in below-freezing weather. Nelson was honest, hardworking and I really appreciated his ""can do"" attitude. I highly recommend Nelson's plumbing!
