This company was fast to come out, but little did I know the service was very, very bad. After a payment of $ 680.00 nothing was repaired.

Paid emergency service rates but service not fixed till 2 days later. He talked a good show about keeping the price down in the beginning but in the end was more than 3x the price of others. No breakdown on the bill to explain the absurd price. Good communication in the begining but then less and less during the project and no comment at the end when I expressed my frustration about the bill. Further disappointing was that nothing was cleaned up and the old water tank was left trapped between the new water tank in the furnace for me to deal with. We had to lift the old partially filled, very heavy, tank up and over the old water tank.

I had a 5-star experience! I had next-day home service for a water leak in my basement. Next day is nearly unheard of these days due to the Covid situation with service and parts. That was on a Friday afternoon but they were able to secure a new top-name water heater that day and it was on a truck to my house for Monday morning installation. Again - unheard of at this time...no one I told could believe I was able to get two in-home service calls and a top rated piece water heater in a three day span.
Service man was perfectly on time both appointments. He completed the tank install and left a clean space. He also helped me diagnose another small leak and fixed it then and there.
I was completely satisfied in every way. Time frame was unbeatable. Technician was on time and most helpful. Prices were comparatively reasonable and I am a ""value"" searcher. I see the couple of lower rated feedbacks but- those were several YEARS ago.
Although I hope the next issue I have is far off if something does happen they will be my first phone call - no doubt.

What's up with businesses not returning phone calls these days? Talk to Nelson's about repairs, said he would call us to get out sometime that week. But nope, no one ever called. Have used these local guys in the past a couple times and had nothing but great things to say, so we didn't hesitate to call them this time around, but they dropped the ball (and rating) on this one. Disappointed.

No idea what other reviewers are talking about. Service for our boiler heat emergency was quick on a subzero day when every other place was unavailable until Friday. Have horror stories from other heating places in the area, VERY PLEASED with the service we recieved today!
Friendly and knowledgeable technician. Will absolutely be using again and recommending in the future!

This issue was eventually resolved by the owner, however this was still right up there with the WORST plumbing experience we have ever had. We wouldn't use them again after this.

Requested installation for a backflow prevention device on a restaurant water line.
After the visit, I was told we also need one on the ice machine line as well, told him we don't need it, he quoted me for it anyway. 385$ Then after we explained to the owner that we only needed one, price didn't change, still 385$
Contractor and owner both extremely rude, never again.

Typical contractor... Rude, not helpful at all, and just an overall bad experience.

Ended up having to hire another contractor to get it all situated.
