I needed my wax ring replaced on my toilet. Came out the next day and helped with that. I noticed a small amount of water coming out of the base of the toilet about 3 weeks later. I called and they came out the very next day. The plumber couldn't see any problems to prevent any further issues he added an additional wax ring. It has been a week later and there has been no issues. I would definitely use Nelson Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

I called Nelson Plumbing Construction for an emergency plumbing job. My kitchen sink was leaking water and making a huge mess. I expressed to Mr. Nelson the urgency and how important it was for him to send someone and not have me take off work only to sit all day and no one show up, thereby missing a day of work. He assured me that would not be a problem. I received a call before the worker came, to notify me when he'd arrive and then a call when the worker was outside. Happily, he sent Darrell to my home. He was cordial, very professional and despite the problems my husband caused with his bad behavior, Darrell stayed and successfully completed the job. He even wiped up a bit, after he was done. The price, to me, seemed reasonable. The charge was $600. In spite of the harassment my spouse caused, which would NEVER happen again ... I hope to be able to work with this company again. Darrell removed and replaced a broken garbage disposal and removed and replaced a leaking kitchen faucet. I would have given this review 5 stars but there was one thing that needed to be done that Darrell was supposed to do, but never returned to do, and now I have to try to do myself, although, I have to say, I can't blame him for not returning. Thank you Nelson Plumbing Construction for such a good job. I'd definitely recommend this company.

After deciding that a water heater replacement was above my abilities, I called in Nelson. They had excellent pricing and did the job well. Service was also great. The water heater I had provided was damaged. Not only did they go over the risks of using it, they personally loaded it up and took it to the store with me to get a replacement. We picked a new one out together and they drove me back home to install the new one. Despite this taking several hours longer than normal, and having to drive me 20 minutes each way, they kept their price the same.

I had a with my hot water heater - no hot water. Mr. Nelson responded quickly, and checked it out. He hit the reset switch, told me the water heater's age & said the fix would hold for a week or perhaps a few months. He didn't put any pressure on me to replace the heater but did agree that it seemed as if my water heater was sending out a distress signal. He replaced the old heater with a new one & hauled away the clunker! Great service.

Mr. Nelson is one of a kind. While we may not have used his services completely due to homeowners insurance being involved. Mr. Nelson was extremely supportive and understanding when it came to our house flooding multiple times.

We had Omar as our main service provider with Mr. Nelson overseeing the work and guiding as needed. They are both very professional and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this business for anyone experiencing plumbing/leak issues.

Our kitchen sink had been horribly clogged for over a day and we were desperate. We reached out to Mr. Nelson's company via Yelp and he rapidly responded with a very reasonable quote. He as able to send a technician within hours.

Drew, the technician, was extremely courteous and thorough. He kept us up-to-speed on his estimated time of arrival and came to our house quickly. Drew swiftly fixed the problem, explaining throughout what was going on. He helped us end an otherwise very bad day on a high note - we had our kitchen back!

We will definitely be reaching out to Nelson Plumbing again whenever we have a plumbing need. We couldn't be more pleased with the service.

We had 3 plumbing repairs (on two separate days) by Nelson's Plumbing. They involved the replacement of a bathtub faucet (and the piping behind it), a leaking pipe for an outdoor spigot, and the replacement of a leaky bathroom faucet. The plumber who did the repairs, Omar, was extremely conscientious in ensuring that the work was properly done and fixed the problem. Even though he encountered unexpected difficulties with two of the repairs, we were not charged more than the original estimates. I would highly recommend Nelson's Plumbing for both reasonable prices and excellent work.
