Color me impressed. I've used Lee's Air in the past and while they're quick, they charge way over the odds for everything. I had a toilet with a loose handle that I'd been meaning to get fixed - I happened to see a review for Nelson Plumbing on the homepage on Monday and requested a quote here on Yelp. They were quick to respond with a quote and a handful of appointment slots. Within 20 minutes I had an appointment for the next day.

Nathan arrived within the time stated (around 1.15pm for a 12-2pm slot) and got right to work. Originally I'd asked for them to replace the mechanism in one of my toilets. The night before, I happened to notice that our garbage disposal was leaking, too, so he took a look at it. He diagnosed the issue and we decided to go ahead and replace it.

While Nathan was out buying parts I also remembered that we'd bought a new tap awhile ago and hadn't had it installed when our water pressure was low. I asked his opinion on whether it'd improve our water pressure. He checked out the current tap and the water flow situation and said that installing a new one would be the place to start, and what the next step would be if it didn't improve the flow. Luckily it did the trick.

Nathan was a swift worker, really efficient and a good communicator. He was quick to diagnose the issues and offer solutions along with prices. I didn't feel pressured and I felt he was doing honest work for a reasonable price. He left everything how he found it and cleared everything out.

Although it ended up being a pricier visit than I'd anticipated, I have a fixed toilet, a new kitchen tap with better water flow and a brand new garbage disposal -- and it only took around 2 hours.

I'm really glad to have found this company, I'll definitely use them again in the future.

This is the company you want to use. I had Joe and Nathan move the drain for my toilet, convert my single sink to a double sink, and move my drain for a new shower.

They were very responsive to my texts and calls, they worked really hard, and they kept me informed about their progress on my project. They were also very responsive to my questions, and they texted me and called me frequently to give me updates.

Not only that, but they offered some great suggestions and solutions to some problems I was facing in my bathroom with the drain pipe for my sink, and on which products I should use for my shower valve and faucets.

The rough pluming work they did behind the walls was done perfectly, they used all the correct parts and components to convert my sink to a double sink. Below you'll see a picture of the finish work the completed along with a before and after.

I found Joe and Nathan to be polite, resourceful, trustworthy, and experts at their craft.

They were so good I almost forgot to mention their prices! The prices were very fair and 100% worth every penny.

We noticed dripping water in the crawl space while repairing a section of subfloor in our 1960's house. We went to Yelp and got 3 estimates from different plumbers and were shocked at what the others were charging for the same repair! Up to 3x more for one of them!! Not only did we choose Nelson Plumbing for the price quote but they immediately knew what was wrong when they looked at it. The other guys took quite a while under the house and also kept going in and out to their truck before they could tell us what was needed. With Nelson, we chose a date and time from their available schedule. They came out the very next day for a quote and then completed the job two days later on a Saturday! Joe and his colleague (didn't get his name) showed up with face masks on, went right to work, and finished the job quickly and as quoted -- no surprises. Very professional and informative. Had my tankless water heater serviced which was never serviced before at a reasonable price.
