These guys helped us with an outdoor leak that would NOT have been a good DIY project. They were able to deal with the water line coming into the house as well as the water softener in order to fix the leak. They knew what had to be done and had the knowledge and tools to do the job in a timely manner.

We hired them a while back to install new plumbing work, install a sink and gas heater and forgot what else. They were awesome but majority of the time they were late but it's understandable. The prices were higher than other plumbers but they do a really good job. I would work with them again.

I posted on Yelp that I needed bids to do the work of removing the old & installing the new toilet for us. The request was sent to several plumbers. After hearing from several of them, I chose Nelson Plumbing . They responded quickly & professionally & had the best price.
They showed up on time & got to work right away. They were very professional, friendly, and clearly determined to do a quality job.
Needless to say, we are over the moon with our new toilet!

If I wanted one point the reader to take away from this review, it would be that Nelson Plumbing did not have any interest in overcharging or making profit off of our ignorance in plumbing. We shopped around, got prices from other providers for the same project, and I'm happy to say that these guys had a much more accurate diagnosis of the situation with a more rigorous assessment, and recommended solutions that saved us thousands of dollars. We had an issue with the water in one bathroom, the others came and didn't really even turn the water on to see what we're talking about. And to be able to understand the problem, Nelson Plumbing stopped by the second time later with a team to go in the crawl space to see our current plumbing, which wasn't the case for other companies we spoke with. We're happy with their service, and delighted to have worked with a decent business. Highly recommend.

Fast and Affordable! Came out as soon as possible. Honest and patient. Had drain leaking and washer drain backing up. They cleaned my drain pipe and repaired the leak.

I want to give a big shout to Joe and his crew. They did a great job with out bathroom remodel. We even had a issue with our tile guy not setting the valve correctly and Joe was very responsive and understanding in helping us correct the problem. I very highly recommend Nelson!!!
