Our tankless water heater went dead right before Christmas. I know right? I called around to some of the bigger advertised companies in the area to get them to come out and take a look. I was able to get one to come out and they confirmed the unit was dead. They gave me a quote to replace it that seemed very, very high. I called around to local vendors to see if anyone could come out and get me a better deal. When I got to Nelson Plumbing I had called a few already and was ready to get the standard answer of ""Sure we can do that, we have an opening in three months would that work?"" The people at Nelson Plumbing were very nice and got me onto the schedule for the next day! Joe came out and confirmed it was dead. He gave me a quote that was half the price of the competition. That was amazing. Reading the reviews on Yelp gave me the confidence to know they did good work and cared about making sure everything was right. They came out and completed the replacement of the tankless water heater. They made sure everything was working to my satisfaction and left the area cleaner then when they got there. It was amazing service and I would put them on your speed dial for plumbing issues!

On a side note please make sure you descale your tankless water heaters! If you don't you can end up with an inefficient water heater that costs you more money to use and water that's just not as hot. Eventually even leading to leaks and failed units. Nelson Plumbing does offer a descaling service for tankless water heaters and it is the best price in the valley I've seen.

Nelson plumbing came out to assess my water softener system and told me that I should go through those who installed it to have it fixed, but did help us turn it off so we could have water pressure again (without a crazy 99$ we came to your house and did nothing fee!)
(The company still has not fixed it after 4 or 5 months, so quality home repair would not get the same review)! I had them come out again months lather to fix a drip and replace a garbage disposal. Again, happy with their service, pricing and reliability. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

My water heater was whistling and Joe came out to access the situation. He suggested to change out the water connectors which seemed to be the problem. I haven't heard any more whistling. Joe is really nice and personable. He showed up on time which is a plus.

Joe and Nathan are awesome people. They are punctual, and extremely affordable. they fixed my sink and installed a new Fossett, fixed pipes under my house and adjusted my toilets so they don't rock. I highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them again with any other problems.

You guys really took care of us today. Thanks for the great service! Our water heater went out. With three kids, we desperately needed it fixed as soon as possible.
