We bought a house that needed a septic system installed in addition to the current one. At first, he told us we were waiting on the permits to be submitted to the township, however, upon calling the township over 3 weeks later, we have come to find out nothing was ever submitted. We confronted Nelson about the lack of documentation and he insisted on putting in the addition system the following week as long as the 'weather permits'. Well, one sunny week later and still nothing, not even a phone call or email back. The lack of communication is unsettling and unprofessional. You can't reach him through email and his voicemail is always full so unless you call about three or four times, you won't hear back from him. Will not recommend to another individual and should be report to Better Business Bureau for lack of services.

I can't give any stars to this clown. We had an appointment for him to show up for an estimate between 12:00-12:30. Not only did he NOT show up, he didn't even have the courtesy to call either before or after, nor did he respond to the messages I left. I had plans for that afternoon and our whole day was blown due to his lack of professionalism. If this is how they treat POTENTIAL customers, why should anyone believe they'll treat EXISTING customers any better? If something came up and he had merely called, I wouldn't have been upset in the least. I allowed 24 hours for him to call, and he didn't. So my recommendation is to avoid this guy and take your business to someone that understands professional courtesy.
