Great bunch of young men respectable and polite could answer any question asked.Were very
knowledgeable installing a new furnace and central air conditioning,Tim the sales rep knew the equipment available and helped us make a well informed decision for our home. The quote was very reasonable couldn't wait to sign and put them to work finished in 2 days,outstanding. My Husband and I are very satisfied and will recommend them.

As plumbers. Neil Thomas seems to be a competent plumbing service. They're billing office and practices leave much to be desired. They did a job for me and I paid the man directly at the time for the bill. A week later I received an unexplained bill for extra. No itemized parts, just a bill for more money.
Do be careful with these people that you have a written estimate and that you get them to write down what the bill will be in full or tell you if something is unknown or not listed.
Update. They did make this right. They rescinded the second bill. They're not good at communication, and they never did call about it, but they did indeed fix the problem graciously. They have my best recommendation.
