Their service was terrific! The best and nicest experience I've ever had with anyone that needed to help with my home. Everyone from the office to those coming out were great. I wouldn't even consider anyone else for my AC/heating/plumbing in the future.

i have contracted for 2 needs and very pleased with both. First was an emergency need due to a failed sump pump and fears of some basement water. It was at 10pm and Omar was at my home within an hour of my call. He was professional and pleasant and did a great job to replace my pump quickly. it says a lot when they respond quickly to an emergency after hours and are nice.
Second project was to replace an old water heater and all went well.
they are very professional and showed a lot of appreciation and courtesy while in our home.

Neil did great work on a major plumbing job on our home about 5 months ago. We had to call him again regarding a separate problem from the first job he did. After he inspected everything, he stood in the rain, working out our plumbing issue. He's extremely nice, so professional, and just a regular guy!
As a matter of fact, I was looking after my 1yr old as my wife was speaking with Neil. He cared about our issue, explained everything very well, and he had even gone home, but then came back only minutes later to work out our problem after receiving the information he needed! He so kindly showed us the upkeep maintenance that we can do every couple months to prevent our issue from happening again. What?! Who does such nice things like that? :)
For a little background, I work in the trades and know what to look for in craftsmanship. I would call Neil every time, and I highly recommend his service!!

In the past my mom and I have used Neil and been very happy with him. Unfortunately, I guess he now has expanded and others are handling service. I needed my toilet replaced and the person that handled it was very unprofessional. He came with the wrong color toilet (obvious lack of communication with the person I ordered with) and then seemed annoyed with me when I was upset it was the wrong color. I could go on and on but suffice it to say the entire experience was not good (including the leaving of a bucket filled with dirty sponge left in my bathroom) I called to complain and after no response wrote a letter to Neil, after SEVERAL weeks he FINALLY left a voice mail saying the letter was ""lost"" on his desk. At that point I had found another plumber that I am very satisfied with. Unless you get Neil good luck.......

After years of problems with frozen pipes in our family's shore house we had Neil and His team convert our heat supply lines to Pex tubing and replace the heating unit. They were professional and personable during the work and very quick to respond when there was issues with the heating unit. We were very concerned during the recent very cold snap that we would be back to frozen pipes and water damage but very happy to report that even with these cold temps and high winds there was zero issues and the house is warm and comfortable.

I recommend them when ever I am away to take care of my customers.I am also a plumber & they always take good care of them.Never any complaints

My regular plumber was away on vocation and he recommended Neil Slattery.Came over the same day and repaired leak under the sink.Price was fair and the quick service was great. Will use them again if my plumber in not available.

Like Mike I used Neil about year ago and thought he was very fair and reasonable so I decided to call him again for an air conditioning problem we are having. Neil sent over another associate to check out the system and he recommended a variety of maintenance work that was ridiculously expensive, so I decided to call in other AC dealers who reviewed the Slattery estimate and they came in at about 10-15 percent of that estimate. On top of that he charged me a fee to come out an look at the problem, it was insulting because he was charging a fee to see if he could rip me off, luckily I had enough sense to get a second opinion. Buyer Beware!

This was our first time using Mr. Slattery. The service was great and the price was more than fair. Will definitely be using again and recommending.

Our extended family used him for years, for jobs both big and small with great success. If you get Neil, you'll get great service at a fair price. Unfortunately, he has expanded his business and the people he sends aren't Neil. I referred his company to a friend who reported back to me that the guy who showed up (not Neil) was insulting and wanted to charge a ridiculous amount to install a water heater. My friends declined the service and called in NJR (local natural gas supplier?) to do the job for less than half the price with a good warranty. My recent experiences have been along the same lines... If you get ""Not Neil"", it's a bit of a crap shoot. Maybe you'll be ok, but I'd suggest that you get other companies in for an estimate and/or 2nd opinion.
