Jerry Neiheisel started Neiheisel Plumbing in September of 1975. Jerry started the company in his residence in Edgewood, KY, with help from his wife Jeannie. In 1977, Jerry brought on his first employee, his brother Steve, who still contributes at the shop today.
In 1988, Neiheisel Plumbing acquired a small gas station in Latonia, KY to serve as the shop, allowing Jerry to finally use his garage for parking. In 2002, anticipating Jerry's future retirement, we added over 2,700 square feet to the original gas station for office and shop space. In February 2003, Neiheisel Plumbing relocated to Latonia, KY. We relocated to a new location in Erlanger, KY in 2013.

Preston H.This plumbing company goes above and beyond! They hooked up my new faucets and garbage disposal in my remodeled kitchen and bathroom. He left my place cleaner than when he arrived! I would definitely call Neiheisel Plumbing again and recommend this company to others. The staff is very friendly as well!
Tina C.Prior to this last visit, we were extremely happy with the plumbers and the job they did at our house. On this particular visit, the plumber was here for 1/2 hour to replace a fill valve and flapper. He charged us $193. That is totally unreasonable. The last time the plumber was here, he replaced the toilet guts, fixed the sink, replaced a pipe, and fixed a few leaks. He was here for over two hours and charged us $175. Granted, that was in 2011, but I don't understand the complete price hike from 6 years prior. I don't have any complaints on the job they do, but their prices have become outrageous. We'll be calling a new plumber next time.
Staff were friendly, reliable, and professional. Even with having to come out on a Sunday afternoon, our plumber was upbeat and efficient - no trace of being disgruntled at having his day disrupted. Very knowledgeable. I have used several other local plumbers but my experience with Neiheisel guarantees they will be my #1 choice from now on.
Give these guys a wide berth. We were new to the Cincinnati when we made the mistake of giving them a call to fix some plumbing issues in our home. That was a major newcomer's mistake. The first time, they sent out a plumber to unclog two drains, and a clogged, and leaking toilet. After paying around $400, the drains seemed to work, but the toilet continued to leak, and was still stopped up. I called, and asked them to send the plumber back to fix the toilet. They sent a different guy, who arrived over an hour late. Then, he looked, and told us he didn't bring the necessary equipment to unclog the toilet. He left, to go back to the office, and fetch it. He was gone for over an hour and a half. When he got back, he used his equipment to ""snake"" out the line. Altogether, he was at our house for less than one hour. Two days later, we received a bill for almost $500. They expected us to pay for the hour he was late, and the hour and a half that he spent fetching the proper equipment. When I called to speak to the owner, I was told by an extremely rude receptionist that the owner would not talk to us, and if we didn't pay promptly, they would put us into collections (we had only received the bill that day). These people are strictly out to grab your wallet. It turns out there are competent plumbers and professional plumbers in the Cincinnati area, it's just not these guys.
Rene T.These people are professional, friendly and their prices are fair. These are the folks you want to call if you have an emergency.
