I started using Neighbors several years ago when our original Geo system needed immediate repairs. Based on their feedback and help exploring incentives, we decided to upgrade to a new system. It has ran fault free. The technician is here today for a checkup. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The customer service is excellent.

Neighbors also helped us on very short notice with a water heater replacement a couple years ago. It was a very cold time of winter as well and their fast service helped us prevent an extended period of cold showers!

This place is probably the worst hvac company i have ever hired they talked to me and my wife with utmost disrespect i would ask them a few questions about how the equipment worked and they either didnt know what to say or tried to make me look stupid for asking one of their employees smelled like Marijuana i asked around and apparently they dont drug test their employees do not use this company completely unprofessional

We used Neighbors to install a radon mitigation system in our house. Their customer service rep and technicians were very professional and friendly. The installed system is quiet and looks very professionally done. Our pre-installation radon test was very high, and our post-installation test result was actually lower than was measurable, so practically zero. I was so impressed, I recommended them to my sister, who also needed a radon system. She used them and was very impressed as well.

I called about a leaky outdoor faucet. 2 guys came, spent 16 minutes (their estimate not mine), tightened the nut wth a wrench and charged me $150! That comes out to $5 per person per minute. Wish I could draw that kind of a wage.

Technician was professional and competent. We scheduled a ""furnace inspection"" for $105. The air through our furnace was not very hot and we weren't sure why. I was hoping that it would be fixed or repaired within the price of the inspection, and it was! I was happy when he left. I recommend and will use Neighbors again!
