I called to ask if they could fix a leak. The soonest was 1 week, so I booked 9:30 am. I asked ""Greg"" if I could confirm that morning because the job site is 30 miles from my house.
He said, ""No, this call is the confirmation.""

So, you can probably guess, I drove 30 minutes, waited at the agreed location for 40 minutes, and SUPRISE SUPRISE, when I called ""Greg"", no answer.

Just had them install an under sink reverse osmosis water system. They did a great job at a reasonable price.

Greg is amazing, quick, reliable, on time, organized and a genuine nice guy. He came to our house New Years EVE! (didnt add holiday fees) We had a water heater fail in the basement, got it drained, ready to take out, and the valve to the valve to the street broke. had to call the city to shut off due to new valves on the street they changed last summer which my key no longer fits.! We had over 2 inches of water by the time it was over. We got the new one installed (sorta) and he came to complete the hook up for a reasonable price. He had to get a part, fortunately things were open still. Otherwise it would have been another weekend without a bath on holiday. I was ReALLY glad to find him since my dads friend sold his business to a California transplant and now charges like we live there. Gregs fees were VERY reasonable. He will be back, we own a 100y/o house.

Greg did a fantastic job of installing a new vanity in our home. He responded quickly to us when we called him. Because we are new to So. Oregon, we left it up to faith and luck to to find the right plumber. After getting nowhere with other installers.... JACKPOT! His expertise and eye for detail is spot on. Due to our own fault, he had to return a second time to complete the job. He did not try to take advantage of our mistake; instead gave us a great price that some others may have not. Hopefully our plumbing woes are over, but I will call Greg if any arise.
