the plumber with a bad attitude. Aside for being overpriced James disaparra owner make you feel he is doing you a favor by coming to see you .if the job involves alittle work and time, he want no part of it. Easy in and out if the rule and money is no object to him. No regards for senior citizens or veterans, just pay up or shut up and that's if he wants to take the job. A stay in Stony Brook Hospital for a week would be cheaper.
Jim needs to remember he not the only game in town and a pleasant demeanor goes a long way in getting business and keeping customers happy. I was able to give this firm no stars I would because this guy is far from a star of any kind.
