iM NOT THE TYPE OF PERSON THAT WRITES THESE REVIEWS BUT i FEEL ITS IMPORTANT TO DO SO. A long story short my boiler system was throwing alarms off in my house and so I shut it off. So we called these guys out from from Foley branch. They were very nice my wife said, well they said we had a catastrophic event. And we can try to fix it but it will happen again. So we need to replace the 6 year old boiler and it will be 12600 dollars. So I decided to get a second opinion. Im glad I did because the 2nd person came out and took of the top of boiler and said this is your problem. It is really dirty and here is how you clean it and how to take care of it . I've heard this many times about this company about just trying to up sell you on everything. Morel of the story always get a second opinion. UNbeleivable how they get away with this.

The technician, Justin, was great. Personable, knowledgeable. However, I was told someone would be out last Friday between 8am and 4pm. No one showed up, no one called until today about 30 minutes before Justin showed up.

Had 5 total employees out for my project of install of a new furnace, central ac and rewiring of multiple items in fuse panel. Every employee at neighborhood that we have came into contact with was spectacular! Everyone was super knowledgeable, patient, kind and personable. I will definitely be using their services in the future!

I used these guys and they failed to tell me that you have to pay for them to come to your house every year or they won't honor the warranty. I would never use a company that tries to make you pay a fee so as not to void your warranty.

I've used them before when I had some problems with my air conditioning, and they are very good at delivering bad news! I also like that they have military veterans on their staff, as a Marine it's nice to be able to relate and communicate well with them! Bryan came to work on my furnace today, and the man really knows himself and seems like a decent human being! I have no complaints, plus I have heat again! They need to give this man a raise, and it think it would be cool if they have them pins that correlate with their branch of service! All in all, they're great service providers who do great quality work! 10/10 recommend!

Be aware, of what you need. Neighborhood is professional and fast, and they charge a bit more for this. But the first pesron that came out was pry the sales guy. My water heater wouldn't light and proceeded to tell me all the problems i had before even trying to light it. Even problems i would have in the future. Then told me american standard didn't make water heaters anymore and was out of Business and they couldn't get the parts for them. Not True, all while getting me to upgrade my system. I had no issues upgrading my system but didn't all the bull along the way. I'll use them for maintenance on my tankless under the warranty period, but beyond that you can probably get the same service and for a better price and not deal with the sales pitch from somewhere else.
