This company attempts to take advantage of the elderly. They gave my parents a quote for almost 6k for a new ac unit. They told them it was shot because of mouse problems. They called another company and they repaired it for $140.00. Do not call these incompetent fools for any reason. The friendly voice when you initially call is a con that will cost you a fortune. Heed my warning! You will forever regret this mistake.

made appt for furnace tune up 2 months in advance the day of appt I called to find out what time they would be here and they would have to reschedule again for the 3rd year in a row. I will never call them again!

We were very pleased with the purchase and installation of our furnace and air conditioner. They were very professional, on time, very pleasant, polite and very patient. The work was neat and well done. Cleaned up after themselves, Made sure we understood everything. Very knowledgeable.

We had contacted last night for emergency service as we had no heat. We talked to dispatch who talked to the tech and stated he couldnt guarantee that he had the part available but had something that may work. Dispatch stated we could have someone out first thing in the AM between 8-10 with the part. She explained to turn on our faucets and advised if we had any heaters to run to assure nothing would happen tonight until AM.We contacted office at 9:15AM to check status and we were then told the appointment was set between 10-2?? We then told them about our convo last night and was transferred to ztephanie who reached out to tech and was going to call back.. NO CALL. We called back at 9:45 spoke to gal who said that someone was to have called us back 20min ago to update status but since we didnt receive the call gal stated that the tech is on an emergency call and we were the next appointment. 10:45 no service tech called back spoke with Manager Kristi who couldnt tell us how many more appointments were before us and stated that she is unsure of why we were told we would be first appointment in the AM. 11:20 we cancelled our appointment as the attitude and lack of communication that we were given implied that we would be getting nicked and dime for following up on an appointment. I never experienced such horrible customer service and I would never suggest this company.

I had to call the office staff on a couple of occasions after installation and speak to a staff member Alisha not only was she rude on both occasions but very unprofessional. I am happy with my product and the service people I dealt with but there office staff could use an upgrade.

Very dissatisfied with the timeframe I was given. I was told between 10:00 and 12:00. I even called that morning to confirm and was told someone would be out to my house between 10 and 12. Received a text at 11:50 that ""Rick"" was on his way. 40 minutes later still no Rick. I called and was told he's on his way. Rick arrived at 1:15. Dressed professionally and polite. Rick did a very good job explaining what he did and the results of our furnace. Answered all my questions with great detail and I felt he was efficient. I just wish they could give a better timeline. I missed a half of a day of work waiting.

the tec has left our humidifier tapped off. After three or four trips the job is notdone to our satisfaction. We are wondering when they will be back to finish the job. Would not recommend this company to even my worst Enemy. They are nothing more than rip off artist. Had a ""technician"" (used VERY loosely) come out and explain that our a/c unit was going to need some major parts replaced at an exorbitant amount of money $3000 or in his opinion to just replace the whole system for a mere $1000 more. Happen to get a second opinion on the matter and low and behold for less than the cost of these con-artists to come out and describe all the things wrong with my a/c unit we are up and running cool and comfortable. I did contact Alex and then also spoke to Greg to allow them to make this right. They chose not to even attempt to make this right. I would RUN from this company there are so many more out there that are better and that are actually TRUSTWORTHY. They will belittle you, talk down to you and this basically explains how they do business.

Called to have a/c serviced at 1:30 pm on Friday of a holiday weekend. We were amazed to have a tech at our house within 1h30 as we fully expected to schedule for the following week. Courteous and knowledgable, the tech not only got our a/c up and running but also spotted and fixed a gas leak we didn't know we had! So glad we called! We will definitely use them again, and highly recommend to those looking for professional, no-hassle service.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, came in told me to could not run my furnace and offered me a replacement for 7000. left 2 heaters (only with a 40 dollar deposit) for me to heat my house. called 3 other companies the next day and had a identical furnace to the one they were offering installed in my house for less then 3000, less then haf what they were going to charge. I called them every day for a week to lick u their heaters so I would not get charged the $40, was guaranteed they would not cash my check, finally a week later they come and pick up the heaters, the same day that they cashed my check. seems to me like they are stricly out for money withno regard to the customer.
