Rich and Parker did a terrific job in replacing corroded, leaking, clogged drain lines (60+ year old pipes) from our shower. Also installed a clear-out line to make it easier to take care of any future problems. Professional all the way. Showed up on time, showed me pictures of what was going on under our house and explained exactly what needed to be done, and then completed the job in a timely and conscientious manner at a very fair price. Can't recommend them enough!

These guys were great. Literally showed up 20 mins after I called, and fixed my clogged pipe in less than 20 minutes. Affordable, and pleasant dudes. While they were there I had them check out a gas pipe that other companies had said I needed to replace. After a thorough review, Rich let me know that it was in good condition, didn't need replacement, and gave me some ideas on how to address my potential concern with it's location! Whaaa? A company whose ethics are more important than their bottom line? Thank you Rich, you saved me about 4 grand on that gas line. Highly recommended folks!

I have to leave a second review! Parker and his dad Rich are seriously the best!!! On Thursday we realized our water heater was leaking everywhere! Parker and rich showed up immediately. Told us our options as far as replacing, or fixing! They were straight up and honest and said replacing would be the best option, because fixing we'd be in the same boat (our water heater was from the 90s) they gave us the absolute best price and came the next day, had all the parts and fixed everything! I recommend them to all my friends and family always! 5 stars always! Friendly, honest, reliable, great at communication! We just love neighborhood plumbing!!!

I called these guys today because the plumbing in half of my house was backed up. Our lines were totally blocked but they worked at it until they cleared them. We know some neighbors who have had plumbing issues caused by roots from the city-owned trees on the parkway, so we also asked for a camera inspection as well. Sure enough we had a lot of root invasion. they were knowledgeable and professional in explaining where the roots were and marked the locations so I could notify the city. So glad to find my new plumber. We'll definitely be calling them again if we have future issues.

I never write a review. On his day off, He drove 30 minutes to our home to fix a clogged drain! I was impressed by how quickly he fixed the drain and at a reasonable price! He seems like a nice hard working guy. Thank you!

Came to my house within 24 hours as the pipes got backed up more often each time. Rich and his son went to work immediately with the camera and found a rock locked up in the pipe. With their hydro jetter and a couple of tries they were able to kick it loose and make it disappear. Great service - nice guys - very fast response - they will be my first call if I experience any plumbing issues .

My house had a pipe leaking and noticed in the late afternoon. After calling several plumbers, Rich responded the quickest. He came over immediately and scheduled service for the next day. Rich and his son worked efficiently, showed-up on time, called before they arrived, and resolved the problem. I can't comment on the cost because I didn't have time to shop around but the problem was solved quickly.

I really wanted a whole house filtration system. I did a ton of research, listened to a lot of pitches, and decided to buy an Aquasana system. Its a salt-less softening and filtration system. Per the company, its covered under warranty as long as put in by a licensed plumber.

Much to my surprise, almost no plumbers would even quote on it, saying they don't do it. I was pretty surprised, as a lot of people who buy it install it themselves, and there are youtube vids. I mean, I wasn't going to do it, but still.

I had done business with another plumber who wouldn't just tell me he doesn't do it. Finally, he just referred me to Rich at Neighborhood Plumbing. Rich was really nice, came down, looked around and talked me through what needed to happen. He explained that having the system in front of my house is probably an eye sore, and explained how he could tunnel to the side of the house and put it on the side. It would be more expensive, but at this point, I just wanted it done right. Rich offered me all the parts at cost, and a very reasonable rate. He told me that it was an estimate, and if it took longer, it would cost more. I have worked with plumbers before, and this is pretty standard. The rate he gave me was pretty good.

The day of, he went to go get materials. He was very communicative about how much everything was, sending me pics of pricing. He went to several different supply places to get me the best possible price. When the instructions on the system were vague, when parts were missing, Rich and his son took the initiative to call Aquasana, and get them to advise and send through the missing parts.

What should have been just one day of work turned into two, mainly due to the supplier not being clear on flushing the system, pre-instillation work, etc. Rich was really nice and reasonable about it. He let me know step by step what the delay was, why there was a delay, and how he and his son were working to ensure everything worked correctly. Knowing that we were on a budget, he kept the additional work needed at a very reasonable price.

My system is installed, and we love it, and the job that Rich and his son did for us. Both were extremely knowledgeable, and able to come up with solutions every time we ran into a problem. I already have the next project lined up for Neighborhood Plumbing to come and help out on!
