We had a clogged sink in our office. With a small snake, we took it apart and tried to fix it ourselves -- we failed. Leo came over and had it unclogged in 15 minutes.

Love the fast and responsive service from Leonardo. We had problems with a sink & a toilet in our place of business. He was able to respond within 2 hours & had the problems fixed in a short time at a reasonable price. Leo lets you know that he appreciates your business and that he will be there for you when you need him. Other plumbers we have tried are slow to respond & not nearly as user friendly.

Yes this really is as good as it gets! Leo is an amazing, attentive and responsive plumber. We had to replace a leaking gas line and where others did not want to get into the attic, Leo did and came up with a solution and did the job. He worked hard, pulled a permit, met the inspector, tested and constantly stayed in touch with us as we do not live on site. He went above and beyond!

Leo is great! I could tell you the heroic adventure of his conquering what he described as the clog of the year, but the point is it was a disaster that Leo conquered with a unmatched grace and ease. Wouldn't think about calling anyone else should another problem arrise.

Late Saturday afternoon, returned home and NO hot water. Called Neighborhood Plumbing based on Yelp reviews and spoke with Leo. As promised, he arrived 30 minutes after our call to inspect the water heater. He quickly fixed the pilot light and waited 15 mins to make sure the water heater was fully functional.

He didn't charge me for his service! I'm impressed with his professionalism and he certainly takes pride in his work/company. You could feel it!

One morning last week, I woke up to NO water in my kitchen sink! Water was running but nothing came out of the faucet, it poured out under the sink and onto the kitchen floor. Mess....I called the HOA referred plumber and no one was responded for 24 hrs. Finally the HOA gave me they referred plumber- no experience with this 'specialized' part. 48hrs later, they referred another plumber who wasn't available until the END of next week. 72 hrs later without a access to my kitchen sink, I received a lead from a friend who referred Leo. He was great. He rolled in 2 hrs later, no concern about 'specialized parts', and had the new sink installed in 30 min. Hello. He will be the one I call First next time! Thanks Leo!

Leo at Neighborhood Plumbing is awesome. I woke up on a Saturday to a leaking toilet and after calling 12 other plumbing company's and receiving only answering machine's, I called Leo. Leo appreciated the urgency of the situation and arrived only 20 minutes after calling him. He even wore shoe protectors to keep our house clean!

Leo took the time to test and replace seal, but then noticed that we had a crack in the porcelain of the toilet. He ran out, bought a new toilet and installed it within an hour and didn't even charge for the time he took to replace the seal.

I will happily use Leo for any and all future plumbing needs. He is prompt, professional, and most of all a really nice guy.
