We knew it was due to a new water system recently installed, and he came and made a good thing even better- and on a Saturday of a holiday weekend! We had an OUTSTANDING experience with Bob and will call him for all of our plumbing needs In the future. We have a home warranty, who we called in the beginning, but they sent us an incompetent contractor who was completely useless. That guy told us that we had loose pipes In Our walls and would need to cut through the walls to find them. We knew he didn't know what he was talking about and proceeded to call Bob. Fortunately, Bob came within hours, quickly diagnosed it as a water pressure regulator and fixed it. Excellent customer service and satisfaction!!

Bob came over to give me a free estimate for a tankless water heater. He was a referral from a friend of mine who was super happy with his work. Bob was on time, stellar communication, friendly, great personality, honest, and not pushy at all. Best of all, he gave me a great deal. I had quotes from other plumbers for more than two times the amount! I also asked him to take a peak at my garbage disposal. While inside, my 15 year old chihuahua came out to investigate. He has a very good radar and can tell if someone is a good person or not. Nacho sniffed his leg and even let Bob pet him! What?!?!?! Nacho usually barks at strangers, but not a peep outta him! Bob, you're hired!! I look forward to working with you:)

Lucky to have Bob come come and save the night. Prior to his arrival another plumbing company was called by the property management They were dirt cheap but spent three hours trying to address a clogged drain and were unable resolve. Can't say enough good things about Bob. I have used Bob many times over the past twenty years and he never disappoints. Bob saved the night so the tenants wouldn't be without a bathroom. I love his old school values, honesty, hard work, and no pressure. He explains the situations and possibilities clearly and let's you decide the course of action. The best part is he does what ever it takes to get the job done. Something the prior company either wasn't willing, or able to do.

Bob the owner of Neighborhood Plumbing has been exceptional in every way. I first contacted Bob based on Yelp reviews after disappointing experiences w plumbers in the South Bay. At that time every plumber I contacted wanted to replace all the sewer lines. Bob evaluated the sewer system via camera and suggested replacing a segment of line where the constriction was with a clean-out that would suffice for some time. It did for years. We just recently replaced another section of pipe near the main with another clean-out and that has bought me years of being able to use the existing sewer lines from the 1950's. When I have had back-ups from time to time Bob has been there that same or next day at really reasonable prices. And I did all of this while living 2-3K miles away. I have never met Bob in person but look forward to doing so. Bob's brother does excellent concrete work as well as concrete has been involved twice. Neighborhood Plumbing has my strongest recommendation. You will be impressed. Val Imperial Beach homeowner.

Bob has been my plumber for the last 10 years and he is AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and very professional. He has worked on my plumbing at both my home and small business. He is very reliable and gives excellent advice. I would highly recommend him. He isn't the cheapest around but it's worth every penny when you know he won't be coming back to repair the same issue. He has worked on major repairs at my home such as my main sewer line and small repairs like a new faucet. I've had him install toilets and cleared lines. I will definitely be using Bob for any future repairs and would feel confident recommending him to anyone. Bob's the BOMB!

Bob is the absolute best Person & Plumber! He spent so much time on my issue and man was it a doozy! I had SDG&E out three times, ultimately diagnosing everything wrong. Their conclusion was that I needed to repipe the entire house as my pipes were too small for my tiny home even though I have been living here with no problem for 16 years. I had a heating and air guy out as well that could not figure out the problem since my issue was involving my tankless heater, lack of hot water and involved my central heating system.... Bob spent so many hours on the phone, contacting the tankless heater company, contacting all of his friends in the industry, contacting our ""Hi-Velocity"" heater company & more. He must have made at least 20 phone calls (spending hours on the phone trouble shooting) on my behalf trying to diagnose our problem. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYONE MY EXPECTATIONS and I am so grateful to him and his son for that. He is the absolute best!!!
