Bob is an absolute wonder of a man. Not only does he do honest work with great care but he does so with a great attitude. I would recommend Bob to anybody for their plumbing needs. He is very flexible with timing and upfront on what needs to be done.

Bob's experience is only out measured by how reliability & sincere attitude.

Just wanted to say thank you so much for a job well done. I called and left a message in the morning, and he called me back about an hour and a half later, when he was available to do so. I wasn't home so he met me at the house 45minuets later(perfect)
Drained and removed a beautiful hair ball from the pipes and now my shower is working again! Yes!!! Bob was very competent and courteous and only cost me $90bucks.

the pipe under my kitchen sink decided to let loose at 3pm on a friday. our main water shut off was frozen so i called one of the larger plumbing companies (one of the ones with all the vans around town) for help thinking they have a large team and could come in a hurry. they said they'd come within a couple hours and quoted me over time rates ($235 /hr, min 1 hr). I then called a local plumber who we've used in the past (tomo-- he's a gem also). he was out of range but called on bob of neighborhood plumbing to come and help me.

bob got here within 15 min, had the problem fixed in 10 min and charge me $90. super nice guy, professional- explained what went wrong and gave some useful advice. highly recommended.

Sunday repair in an hour @ half the price of competitors!! Husband got half way through laundry room sink repair, then decided he needed help. After cold calling three plumbers all quoted $350, which seemed like a rip off even for a Sunday, we found Bob(Neighborhood Plumbing) on Yelp. He understood the repair, quoted $150, and was at our doorstep in 30 minutes. We're back in business and will be calling him back for future work in other areas of our home. Bob ""Thank You"" for being a man of integrity!!! You finished this job quickly and at the quoted price...YOU ROCK!!!!

Needed to replace a tricky kitchen faucet and based on the good reviews I decided to give Neighborhood Plumbing (Bob) a try. Right from the first call I knew I had made the right decision. Bob was very helpful over the phone and he was able to come out right away. During the installation Bob explained exactly what he was doing and before I knew it he was finished. He even took a few minutes to look at a running toilet and fixed that as well. Service was great and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Neighborhood Plumbing.

I called on a Wednesday afternoon and Bob answered. He said he would call on Thursday morning and come over to diagnose the problem. As promised he called and then came over on Thursday morning. He was able to quickly detect and fix the plumbing problem. He was friendly, but professional. He worked quickly and when he was finished showed me what the problem was and suggested some optional things I might consider for the future (without a sales pitch). I would highly recommend him and will call him, should I need a plumber in the future.

Our tub started backing up and water started leaking like crazy out of the toilet last night. My husband called around last night to find a plumber and the only person to answer their phone was Bob Beyerle. He said he could be here this AM. He called me this AM to make sure he was still needed and then headed over when I said ""yes"".
**Because he was the only one to answer his phone, he got the job!**

Our house is old, 1950's, and no clean out was put in our yard. He had to climb up on our hot roof to clean out the clogged pipe. He did mention that we may want to put a clean out in our yard at some point and explained why. He never pushed the issue, just mentioned it. I think we will end up doing that soon and Bob will be the guy we call!

Very nice guy, very reasonable rates, and got the job done quickly. We will definitely be using him again when needed. Just an FYI, he doesn't accept credit cards at this time. Cash, checks, money order (?), and Pay Pay (with a $3 additional charge), are accepted. Luckily my daughter had enough cash for me to borrow since I don't have checks from my new account yet and I never carry cash. It was no big deal at all. He was willing to work with me.

I asked him before he left if he knew any electricians, and he said he did. He called his electrician friend to make sure it was okay to give me his number, and now I have an electrician to call with some electrical needs that I have.

These people ain't kidding! Bob is really really amazing! I got his number from my friend Marco and he's been ""doing"" my house in SD for like 7 years. I always recommend him highly to other people. The reason being Bob is reliable, fast, honest, super easy to work with, totally experienced (I know he even sets up the plumbing in new apartment buildings and such) and his rates are awesome!

Also, Bob can hook you up with some other contractors for other projects around your house cause he knows all these really reliable people who are honest and really good at what they do. We're talking small businesses with small overhead and reasonable rates - the guys the pro's call. You think apartment building installations hire Rotorouter for over a hundred bucks an hour? I don't think so! Bob's basically awesome and does actually a better job than the guy from some big company my mom made me hire for like $350 just to come out for a little over an hour.

Neighborhood Plumbing, owned by Bob Byerly (sp?) is not the same as Bob The Pumber, by the way so make sure you got the right dude.

Plumbing is a kinda intimate thing, if you really think about it. In really really bad plumbing emergencies, I wouldn't feel comfortable with anybody else.

Had problem with the kitchen sink that couldn't wait so I called Neighborhood Plumbing because he is located only a few blocks from my home. I am really glad I did. Bob is a great guy who showed up prepared, did the job and the charge was really reasonable unlike some of the other bigger companies. I made a new friend and he is now the guy I will call for any other plumbing needs.
