Our pipes froze in the recent cold snap. Waited for call back from several plumbers which never came. Finally checked yelp and called neighborhood plumbers and left a message. We received timely call back and they had someone out the same day. Larry identified the pipe breaks (there were 2) and checked the lines to make sure there were no other leaks. We made sure we had a business card and contact information. Would 100% use them again. We are new to the area and gives as peace of mind to have someone knowledgeable and reliable.

Can't even review the quality of work. Talked to the guy over the phone about a simple shower handle installation job on three separate occasions, answered literally every question he asked of me, was told that he'd do the job no problem and made the appointment.

They show up, take one look at it and go ""I'm not going to do this"" and he turned around and left. Just like that. Complete waste of my time. I answered every question he asked and the plumber was the one that insisted he didn't need to actually do an in-home quote before agreeing to do the job. I don't appreciate having my time wasted like this.

Lived in this house for almost two years and have had to deal with plumbers, AC techs, warranty companies, etc. and this was the most unprofessional thing I've seen so far.

I was referred to Larry by a local realtor who sold me an investment property. I subsequently bought 2 more in the Little Rock area, and YES they all had plumbing issues, and YES I called Neighborhood on all of them. Most important, being an out of state owner was having someone dependable that you could trust.
This company not only met, but exceeded my expectations. Never a call back, they would give me an accurate estimate before beginning, and would also tell me about other potential issues to expect. Most important, they were always able to somehow fit me in for a repair, and would call back.

After the first visit we were hooked. the most kindest and honest businessman you could ever meet. It's been a few years now and we don't need him often but he's like family. If I could give this company 10 stars I would!

I recently had a pretty bad leak in my main water line from the meter to my house. I called several companies including a guy who just does plumbing jobs on the side. One company never showed up. The other company quoted me almost double what Neighborhood plumbers quoted. And the guy who does plumbing on the side was only $100 cheaper than the quote from Neighborhood plumbers.

Larry from Neighborhood plumbers came out right away. He looked at the problem and offered several options. After considering what he said I asked him ""What would you do if this was your house?"". He immediately said move your water meter and run a new line. It made perfect sense to me since I will keep this house long term. I thought I would need to dig up my driveway and a sidewalk in order to fix the problem, which would have gone into the thousands of dollars. But Larry's suggestion avoided going through all of that. Just move the meter and run a new line.

I wanted to make sure the problem was fixed right because my son will inherit my house and I don't want him dealing with this problem down the road.

Larry stayed in touch with me through the entire process. He was very professional and very friendly at the same time. The work was done exactly as he said and on time and I was charged exactly what his quote was. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

He was the only plumber that I could find that was willing to give me an estimate over the phone by just sending him a picture using my phone. In this day and time that makes so much sense to me. He also gave me good advice on how to save some money in the future. He showed up when he said he would and saved me money by talking to the manufacturer, Koehler, who sent me a whole new faucet. Then he was kind enough to come after his hours to install it before he left for the holidays because he knew I had a huge family that would be here. I like a professional with heart. I am glad to finally have a plumber that I can feel good about depending on.
