Company Overview

The ownership of Neff Electric & Plumbing rests with Michelle Neff, who inherited it from her grandfather, Bruce Alexander Neff, who founded the business in 1920. At just 16, Michelle started working alongside her father and grandfather, gaining hands-on experience. Her expertise in plumbing and electrical work comes from years of hands-on experience. Hiring Neff means you can expect fair pricing without the burden of union fees. You will receive quality service from a team that genuinely cares about the work they do. Choosing trustworthy plumbing and heating contractors is now simpler than ever. It was my father, uncle, and Bill Hine who encouraged me to enter this field. They saw my potential, and my mom joked that my paycheck exceeded hers. Now, after four decades, I remain committed to my craft. I possess complete licenses as an electrician and plumber. Half a century later, I continue to work in this trade.

I am certain that it was Michelle from Neff Electric & Plumbing Service LLC because she left her card on my door when I refused to answer because she was 3 hours late.

The cold on my kitchen faucet wasn't working. Called to schedule. Told the service fee was $80.00, which would be credited to the work involved. When M. Neff arrived, she didn't have any supplies at all! Said she would have to come back! She charged me $85 for the trip charge. She suggested that I replace the entire kitchen faucet and I wanted my guest bath faucet replaced as well. Got the supplies. She was 3-4 hours late. She brought an apprentice to do all the work. Broke the stopper on the bath faucet. My husband had to go to a hardware store to get a replacement! The faucet is bronze, the stopper is chrome. Looks awful. Took almost 3 hours to do this work and was charged an additional $258.90 on top of the $85.00. This shoddy job cost me $343.90 for labor only! Every time I see the mis-matched bath faucet, it makes me sick!
