Tom will take your Money didn't finish the job!! This man has several excuses won't answer the phone. Should of checked reviews first. Out of $800.

Called and he was anxious to start the the job and get paid. Wanted half upfront for ""materials"" never showed up and gave every excuse under the sun. Never showed up, blocked my number and stole my $900. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY. You've been warned.

Both phone number mailboxes are full and text messages unanswered. My money and Tom Neels have disappeared.

Paid 2/3 up front for a gas line, trench was already dug. He said he would be there in 3 days and be done. Never showed, constantly had excuses. Checked with county, no license. Never got permit, told me he did. ^ weeks of asking him to get it done, never showed. Still has not returned my $1000.
He has many complaints from other professionals and is a very poor business man. Kept telling me we have a contract, my lawyer says he broke it after no show for 30 days. This was a commercial contract that held up other trades and the opening of a business, which cost everyone involved a lot of time and expense. This does not end here Tom!!!

Awful. Pitiful. We tried getting him over here for a month and a half! He took half the payment for the service to be rendered up front. FOUR WEEKS LATER, he came to my home and all that was done was that he spent 5 minutes cutting a hole in the concrete. It has been another 4 weeks, and nothing more has been done. He does not answer phone calls or text messages other than making excuses. DO NOT USE NEELS PLUMBING!!
