Needlers was excellent!!! Just from my description of my problems, they knew what the issue was and how to fix it. They got my drain flowing again. They contacted me several times to let me know they were on the way which I appreciated very much. Father and son team. They didn't seem to mind questions from someone who knows nothing about plumbing. I found their price to be fair and they even wanted to clean up my bathroom floor. I told them thanks but I would do it. That was going above and beyond. Turns out my new home does not have a clean out that we could find. I will be asking them back to put in a new main drain line with a cleanout. Thanks Needlers!!!!!!!!
