Returned our call immediately. He installed a gas fireplace and let me tell you this guy is a perfectionist. Even the town inspector commented on how perfect a job he did. Our hot water tank was quickly on its way out, we had rust in our water and I was worried about it leaking into our basement. Zack from Needham Plumbing and Heating was great!! We had a consultation over the phone to discuss what tank we would like to get to replace our current. As there are many options on the market, he had lots information on brands and pricing. He was over to our home the next day with our new tank and the job was completed by the afternoon. He was upfront with all of the costs, removed the old tank and was professional and obviously a very skilled plumber. I highly recommend using this company.

What a great business! We had them come to replace a kitchen faucet. Zack the owner arrived right on time and could not have been more professional. Zack from NPH replaced my gas dryer and water heater. Everything came out great, the price was fantastic. I will definitely call again for any future needs.

I was quoted $595 for the installation of gas logs, and accepted. When I got the final bill it was $910. Upon questioning, he said he was required to upgrade the pipe to steel ($150) and the permit and inspection was $165. I called the Town Hall and was informed the tubing did not have to be upgraded and the permit was $38, he was not present for the inspection. Needless to say I will never use this company again
