Just wanted to express my gratitude to Emily and her Team! I have a rental in Brighton (I'm in Chicago). My water heater burst in the AM and they were out an hour after I called to replace it. That's CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Michael was quick, professional and efficient! He also took the time to provide me with tips to help the water heater last longer.
