He had helped us in the past, but after providing an estimate and timing for when our next large job would be done, he simply emailed me and told me he did not want to work for our small condo building.
We put quite a bit of time into working with him, and he left us high and dry.

He has done big (washer drain replacement, cooper plumbing and under house plumbing) and small projects (new kitchen and bathroom faucets, new toilet inside replacements) to great satisfaction. Most importantly, he follows up to ensure satisfaction with his work. His team is friendly, arrives timely and thoroughly cleans up after their work. His brother is an electrian, and equally good and honest! Says alot about the family when both kids -- well, he's not a kid any longer, but you know what I mean -- when both kids turn out so good.

Ned is awesome and most of all, honest! Ned and Ray came to our house on a Sunday with relatively short notice. He was very prompt and arrived eager to check out the problem. He figured it out in no time. It never felt like he was rushed. He also educated my husband on a few things along the way. However, I think the most impressive thing was Ned's honesty. He analyzed the issue, but he never tried to sell us on anything we didn't need. You can't go wrong with Ned Bodolay Plumbing. We feel like we have found our plumber!
