This was the second time we've had Nearby Plumbing come help us with some house plumbing issues. Both times they knocked it out of the park. They replaced a tricky valve, and then solved our pressure problems. The work they did is the prettiest and shiniest part of my house. Super happy to have found our plumbers! Joey is welcome at my BBQ anytime.

I made the mistake of assuming that my water heater repair was covered by the manufacturer warranty. Rheem says that all you are on the hook for is $75 callout fee. Plumber sends the parts to my house and comes to fix it - THEN tells me that labor is $600!!! He was at my house for 40 minutes. $600 in labor for 40 minutes work. Strongly suggest you get a quote first and then get a better price elsewhere.

This is the best company. Leroy is amazing! I called on Friday and they came out Saturday morning to install a new hot water heater for me. Very helpful and told me things about the machine i never knew. I would use these guys again!!

I am not going to lie - I've had a nightmare few weeks. Between an electrical fire, gopher infestation, dog injury from the back yard, and my water heater blowing out, I was beyond upset. I figured this process was going to be as painful as dealing with all these big issues surrounding us.

I put in a request in Thumbtack and had a few calls and emails. My call with Z (Zee?) was great. She had asked for a few photos, and took my call later in the evening, after a long workday, to discuss. She was sympathetic to what was going on, gave me a quote and a few options, explained what each option was, what they suggested from just a photo review, and set me up an appointment.

Leroy was my technician today. They told me he'd be here between 11 and 1 - he was here at 10:55. Nicest guy I've met in years - walked me through the process that Z walked me through, pointed out a few minor issues that we couldn't see over photo, and started right away.

I was working from home to make sure I was available, and Leroy was very respectful of my office space, and a surgically damaged and very angry dog.

We discovered a second issue with the piping (too high pressure, likely caused damage to the old heater), and he was able to take the time to fix that as well.

The quote was spot on - one minor thing extra that would have been included Leroy took care of. He really took care of the entire water heater situation, and helped me understand what was going on, what I needed and why, maintenance techniques, and recommendations for potential fixes for things that he doesn't do.

Sadly, they don't do much beyond hot water heater repair, replacement, and related plumbing issues. I want to redo a bathroom, and I'd hire Leroy and the Low Price team for any project I had to do.

Leroy and Z turned a horrible, frustrating, and depressing situation into a manageable one, and really took care of things throughout the process. 10 stars out of 5!

Love love love these guys they were so helpful efficient and definitely the best price in the city I had three other bids and they came in with the best bid the best products and talk about professionalism they are at the top of the list!!!
