Paul, Raul, and Juan were all amazing. Paul was very patient with me and my needs and worked great with my schedule. Raul and Juan arrived on time and started working right away. They took time to stop and answer any questions that I had in regards to the work they were doing. Paul, the owner, responded to my request for help with my new gas stove on a Saturday afternoon. I honestly had no idea what I really needed, just that my new stove sat too far out due to the gas line/nozzle against the wall. This prevented my dishwasher door from opening fully. He patiently reviewed my pictures, assessed the situation, and gave me a very detailed explanation of various scenarios and an estimate. He checked on me the next few days. Although I ended up not needing his help since my brother was able to make it work, I really think Paul/his team would have done a great job and I felt like he genuinely cared.

My interaction with Rafael and this company in general have been great. They quoted me a competitive price for installation of a water line under the cabinet and replacing our sink faucet. Last minute I needed a gas valve replaced as well and he was able to do it in an optimal position. I appreciate that Rafael didn't just do the job, but was able to use his experience to do the best job. The piping is very clean and everything works as expected. Very pleased with the result!
