If I could leave no stars I would. I am all about using local businesses but will never use them ever again!
1. Tom (no mask entire time) shows up and walks right in without introducing himself
2. (Our water heater was leaking) Tom says yeah idk and starts replacing the water heater. Did not even know what's wrong with or try to see if the water heater needed to be replaced.
3. Does not make sure the pressure is released from the expansion tank (set at 75psi) starts taking it off water is sprayed all over the place and my husband had to ask are you going to clean it up. It sprayed so much water it was on our rafters, walls, all over the floor and items on our shelves.
4. He starts to to remove the water tank. We had worked hard on sealing and painting the concrete in our basement. He did not bring a dolly to help move the heater he drags it across the floor ruining our floor. He empties the water tank into our sub pump 3 ft away so water is all over the floor.
5. As the water heater is being hauled out he does NOT cap it and allows the water to run out all the way up the carpeted stairs and out our wood floor foyer.
6. he Decided to not cut the 12ft pipe and tries to carry down the stairs hitting the walls and then stops laughs and says "" I guess it is too long to make the turn down the stairs. Cuts it outside. he did not cut the pipe enough outside and cuts it over our sump pump Leaving savings in our sump pump.
7. After he is all done it took my husband and myself 45 minutes to clean the walls, floor and the inside of or sump pump ( lovely calcium build up due to Troy water was all at the bottom along with pipe shavings.)
8. He never even tried to clean up his mess. Did not even bring a wet vacuum with him.

Overall very very unprofessional!!
By the way Tom is the owner if that tells you anything!

2 guys showed up, (approx 45 min late) they put on face masks at the door but didn't put covers on their boots. I shudv thot to reqst they put covers on shoes prior to them walking thru my house to the bathroom. (I think little bits of poop were dripped here and there on the path frm door to 1st flr bathroom. Maybe from their boots or else from the auger as his assistant carried it back out to their truck aftr Neal finished using it. Yuck. I think $100 is a little steep for the srvc call, plus $40 for clearing the pipe. He gave $10 off for Sr Cit discount so total was $130. I needed to swiffer/mop floors and exchange out bath mats aftr they left. I'm a little squeamish abt walking thru nasty floors even my own. He did a good job expeditiously.
