Not impressed by this company, irresponsible, unprofessional behavior. They finally came out 4 days after I sent an email detailing what I needed done. They refused to go under the house to inspect the pipes which was the first thing I asked for and my main concern. That's what plumbers do, they look at pipes for problems. They said they would send someone else to do it, They looked at the other issues and left, I was expecting an estimate in a few days. I telephoned them after about 5 days and never received a call back or explanation or the estimate they said they would do. If they didn't want the job or couldn't handle it all they had to do was tell me. But they left me hanging with faulty plumbing that needed attention. Obviously they didn't care, which to me is very unprofessional. Sadly, I would not recommend this company to anyone based on this experience,

Great service, came out within two hours for a gas leak in our home. John was very good in explaining our problem, and even researched the products used in our house. We can highly recommend Neal Plumbing, and we felt the prices were very reasonable. A family business that is local and well run.
