Neal Plumbing was awesome! We contacted them early in the day about an estimate for a water line to our refrigerator. The guy squeezed us in at the end of his day and gave us a price we were more than happy with! He was friendly, courteous, and efficient. He completed the job in a little over an hour. The week of my Mother's 75th birthday she got a water bill that was $1,850 for the month. The monthly bill was normally less tan $100. Dad had passed away 5 years ago and mom was on her own. She called the water company, thinking they had made a mistake. They came out and told her the water line from the street to her home broke. They told her she was on her own and they were not responsible for the repairs.She was in tears when she called to tell me the bad news. I called Neal Plumbing and Heating. They had done a lot of work for Dad over the years and for my brothers and I, too. I always found them to be knowledgable and professional. i was hoping they could come up with a solution for this problem.
Frank Neal came out to Mom's house. Frank crawled into the man hole in the street and looked at the problem, Soon Frank, his Dad - Mel Neal - and his son were working on the problem. Frank came up with a way to fix the problem without digging up the driveway and sidewalks.
Frank Neal brought in a small back hoe, a large generator and a tool he called a ""Gopher"". This Gopher dug across 65' of road without disturbing a bit of paved road. The whole family got hard at work. Before the end of the day he was able to install a new water line from the manhole, under the road, through the stone foundation wall and into the house. By nightfall the water was back on, heat was restored and Mom was smiling instead of crying.
Thank You to Neal Plumbing and Heating and the whole Neal Family. You hard work, plumbing expertise, dedication to satisfying customers and ingenuity are the best! I will never forget how you treated my Mom and her property. Your smart solution saved thousands of dollars of additional repair work to macadam and concrete.
