I can't say enough good things about the repair job I just recieved from Jim W. at Bob Waltz. I called for help in the morning because my a/c brok. Jim W. came out the same day took one look at the inside of my system, analyzed the problem, had the part it needed on his truck and fixed it Perfectly! He wore a mask and kept his social distance. He was extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and stated that he had over 20 years of experience. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.

I can see why these guys have such high review ratings. I had some routine work I needed done on some sinks in my house. They were fixed very quickly and professionally. I was also surprised that I wasn't charged an arm and a leg for the work- it was very reasonable. I've found my plumber for any future work I may need.

Love these guys. I know they have won Best of Frederick for the last several years and I can vouch for their excellent service. I had a new humidifier installed after someone else botched the job. They responded quickly, made a few custom parts, and returned within a day for the installation. Had to call them back for an air leak and they came the same day and fixed the problem. While they were there, they also looked at an unrelated issue and would not charge me. Love their honesty, prompt response and excellent work. Will not use anyone else after this great experience.

I had a stuffed toilet after having some friends over. I called on Monday morning and they were able to come over that afternoon. It just needed a simple plunge. He said since he was in the neighborhood, and it just needed a plunge, he wouldn't charge me. You can bet I'll call him foe ALL my plumbing needs from this point forward!!

I have used other HVAC contractors in the Frederick area and prefer the people at Bob Waltz. All HVAC contractors have fixed my HVAC problems. The people at Bob Waltz, though, have responded more quickly, are nicer to talk to (both on the phone and at my home) and I feel like there pricing is most reasonable. One contractor charged over $500 for something that had not been a problem. Had I not been temporarily incapacitated, I could have easily done the work for $40.
