We were having issues with the water pressure and I wasn't sure what to do. Thank goodness for Bob Waltz Plumbing! And for Steve and Jack who arrived on time, were so thoughtful and kind, and took the time to explain the situation and how to remedy it in the future. Steve actually walked me through the steps a few times. Their service is always exceptional and their customer service is the best. Very reasonably priced. Thanks so much to Steve and Jack!

After a new, used refrigerator was installed over the weekend, the ceiling in the basement below started to pool with water and drip. Chris and his assistant came out within an hour of my call and quickly diagnosed the problem. They were fast, polite, professional and spot on with the repair. I had called three other plumbers and could not even get through their answering services. The price was very reasonable and I am grateful. I would highly recommend this company!

I can't say enough good things about the repair job I just recieved from Jim W. at Bob Waltz. I called for help in the morning because my a/c brok. Jim W. came out the same day took one look at the inside of my system, analyzed the problem, had the part it needed on his truck and fixed it Perfectly! He wore a mask and kept his social distance. He was extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and stated that he had over 20 years of experience. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.

I can see why these guys have such high review ratings. I had some routine work I needed done on some sinks in my house. They were fixed very quickly and professionally. I was also surprised that I wasn't charged an arm and a leg for the work- it was very reasonable. I've found my plumber for any future work I may need.

Love these guys. I know they have won Best of Frederick for the last several years and I can vouch for their excellent service. I had a new humidifier installed after someone else botched the job. They responded quickly, made a few custom parts, and returned within a day for the installation. Had to call them back for an air leak and they came the same day and fixed the problem. While they were there, they also looked at an unrelated issue and would not charge me. Love their honesty, prompt response and excellent work. Will not use anyone else after this great experience.
