NDI Plumbing & their 'master' plumber Clint were just awesome in handling a big job for me, where the bathtub built into its deck had to be totally pulled out in order to change faucet fixtures. Clint got right to work like there was nothing to it! I went to Western Supply Co. to get the parts etc., and he's like a legend over there! EVERYBODY knew Clint of NDI when I told them who I was working with. Nothing but great things to say about NDI Plumbing :)

Niko (spelling?) came out and replaced water faucet under sink that was leaking. Same day service and competent and very nice pleasant person. Will call them if any future plumbing needs arise.

Happy with the company and the services received. They've installed a new air conditioner for us as well as replaced two toilets.

One area to that you need to be aware of is their warranty on labor is just one year. We had our new AC installed in August 2018 and found out in July 2021 we have a freon leak. We are working with a competitor for the repair and their workmanship is under-warranty for much longer.

When I called for service the person that answered the phone was very polite and helpful she was able to accommodate my schedule. I had an 8-1000 appointment and the technician called me at 0830 and said he would be heading to my house. He was very professional and completed the work within the hour. I plan on using this company again if the need arises in the future. Highly recommended!

Needing to call a plumber is never fun, but I am happy to have found NDI Plumbing and they have surely assisted me with a few projects over the past few months. Most recently they changed out a 30 year old boiler and replaced with a new, more efficient system. Scott and Travis were timely and made sure the repairs were all complete before leaving. They had to shut gas off for the project and ensured all systems that ran off gas were properly turned on and systems were up and running.

These guys refuse to wear masks and enter the homes of older, vulnerable people who are greatly at risk for Covid 19 infections.
Workers say they don't believe the hoax about Covid and will not wear a mask even if customer offers it.

First time needing a plumber since we moved to Sparks. Looked on Yelp and called a couple places for our kitchen faucet install. I chose NDI because they had the best reviews and they made it the easiest to get someone out here. Other places were going to make you have two appointments, one just to quote and charge you and one to actually fix, whereas NDI comes out and quotes you for free, then if you like it they do the job right then and there. It is a no brainer to use them over anyone else. Quinn was on time, fast and really great! NDI will be my go to for any future plumbing needs!

Our 10 year old A/C went out so we shopped around and found NDI. We worked with Scot who was fantastic. We ran into a little bit of a problem, and Scott took the extra time to come up with a solution that worked perfectly, and no additional charge. The new unit is perfect, and their price was MUCH cheaper than everyone else. We were given a few choices with non of the BS. I would recommend NDI for all of your needs.
