Since 07/25 I have had no use of one bathroom and kitchen area. 08/06 I sent an email to NCI asking when they could pick up the items they left at my house and that I would not be using their services for the remaining of the job. I told them I received quotes 1/2 the cost. I also asked if someone could get with me on a partial refund. I did not receive a reply to the e-mail. On 08/08 at around 7AM the workers showed up at my house with ZERO notice while my 17 year old daughter was there to collect their belongings. They did not clean up any of the mess they left in the front yard.. Two piles of dirt, a toilet, pipe, and a vanity sitting in my front yard!! They also took the no more than $3.00 bucket that I mentioned earlier collecting the condensation and dumped the water in the hole. With still no call from the company I called to ask questions about this and was talked over, and hung up on.

We had a terrible experience with this company. They took 4 days to do a job we were originally quoted could be done in one day, which meant we were 4 days without hot water. They didn't work full days to try and get the job done, they came after 11 one day and left at 3 another. This time throughout the day was spent with very little communication as to what was going on. They charged us an extra $1000 that we were not told about until the bill came. They did not put things back the way they were when they started and the work they did caused other plumbing problems they said they said they were not responsible for fixing. Then after all that, after we paid them and the money was already cleared from our account they hounded us for payment, again AFTER we paid them in full. I do not recommend using them
