Great customer service! Called them and they came out the same day. Just a frozen value that was stuck in the open position. Nick worked his magic and got it unstuck. When I asked how much I owed him, he said nothing. I was shocked, so I asked if I could Zelle a thank you amount, and he said it was up to me. I did, as it was money well spent. We hired Fernando & his team for a big plumbing job recently.

They replaced our old plumbing with Pex piping, removed our old water heater and replaced it with a Navien tankless heater, and installed a Halo filtration system for our entire home.

The whole team was very courteous and respectful while in our home, and they all worked so hard to get the job done quickly and efficiently!

Fernando communicated with us very clearly about what to expect and he made sure every step of the job was planned and executed as expected.
