Nico and his team did an outstanding job putting in a gas line for our home ! The price and the quality of the job is absolutely worth it. As a single mom who owns a home, and knows nothing about plumbing or anything related to it in that matter, Nico really explained everything in details and in depth about the job he was doing. I put my trust in him and his team and they did not disappoint! I will be calling him again for any plumbing related issues!! Definitely recommend!!

I'm usually not a Yelp reviewer or contributor but in the case of NC Rooter, I felt compelled to share my thoughts. I needed a bathroom faucet and some pipes replaced and not wanting to fry my brain trying to ensure I had the right parts and connections, I was referred to Nick at NC Rooter. He and his helper arrived on time and in clean uniforms. They quickly took on the job ---finishing within an hour and cleaned up behind themselves. Great attitude as well. I was very happy with their workmanship and the reasonable price. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

In retrospect, while the experience with NC Rooter was fine, I do feel I probably overpaid for what was a pretty easy job for them. The work was completed as requested, and the men were pleasant, but I have since hired other plumbers and was shocked at how much more reasonable the price was. NC Rooter isn't bad, but they're not as affordable as some others out there.

We asked for a breakdown of the charges and was provide a bill of $850 and the breakdown was $860 (toilet, ring, shut off valve). That was it. No individual breakdown of each cost.

They took 4 months to finally send an invoice and record of the job they did after I paid as soon as the job was finished I called 4-5 times and emailed to follow up. Just seems a little disorganized and like they're overwhelmed.

Nico and the team showed up on a short notice late at night to help with our emergency flooding.
The guys were so professional, gave us a quick remedy (a pump that worked throughout the night), and then showed up first thing in the morning to thoroughly clear our gutter.

Nico came out of New Year's Eve day. Professional, HONEST, fast and easy to work with. Did I mention he was honest..? Very difficult to find a gem, especially on a holiday, he could've overcharged me on a holiday, up sell me, he didn't. He showed what went wrong and even guided me how to fix it in the future. My left hand sink was not draining and I could not do anything on that side of the sink. Figured it was the garbage disposal, but truthfully - it was hard to figure out where to even start. NC rooter installed our new one and replaced or reinforced an essential part. Very glad that our sink is properly being drained and the garbage disposal works!

Also, had them fix my toilet tank because it's been constantly running and truthfully could not figure out how to properly fix it myself. Thank you so much for the help! Fernando was very patient, calm, and understanding. I was impressed, he listened and provided fair/reasonable pricing.

Update: Fernando and his team were incredibly patient. They came back twice to replace a water related part since we were having issues shutting off the water (nothing on their end just protocols reqd to follow). Not one second did he get upset or frustrated, his team was understanding and completed the job. Most importantly on time when I really needed it to get done. Very grateful and thankful! Highly recommend his team for your plumbing needs!
