My left hand sink was not draining and I could not do anything on that side of the sink. Figured it was the garbage disposal, but truthfully - it was hard to figure out where to even start. NC rooter installed our new one and replaced or reinforced an essential part. Very glad that our sink is properly being drained and the garbage disposal works!

Also, had them fix my toilet tank because it's been constantly running and truthfully could not figure out how to properly fix it myself. Thank you so much for the help! Fernando was very patient, calm, and understanding. I was impressed, he listened and provided fair/reasonable pricing.

Update: Fernando and his team were incredibly patient. They came back twice to replace a water related part since we were having issues shutting off the water (nothing on their end just protocols reqd to follow). Not one second did he get upset or frustrated, his team was understanding and completed the job. Most importantly on time when I really needed it to get done. Very grateful and thankful! Highly recommend his team for your plumbing needs!
