We just hired Derek to do a very important job. We live in an area in Crown Point Indiana with a lot of ground water, and needed a new sump pump. Derek replaced our old pump with a Zoeller, plus he installed a newer technology water pressure backup system that does not need a battery to operate, and can operate indefinitely using house water pressure. We needed this especially because we have a full finished basement and can not take any chances of ground water flooding our basement. Derek did a fine job at a reasonable cost. I would definitely hire Derek again.
