We had a cracked boiler and called Nazarro Plumbing because of their experience with steam heating systems. I called around 5 pm and Jake called back at 7 pm! he was worried our furnace might be not working and we might be without heat in December.

I had already had a quote from a different contractor and Jake confirmed the quote was accurate. He also gave me referrals to other contractors in my area in case i needed another opinion. It turned out they do not normally service my area but Jake wanted to make sure i was covered. He spent 10 minutes going over the details of my situation and the things i should be concerned with.

I can't say enough about the integrity and compassion of this company. with nothing in it for themselves they took the time to make sure I was ok.

Jake is friendly and they do good work. However, their prices are a bit high. He wanted $350 to replace a corroded elbow on a heating pipe.

I've been using Jake for many years and he and his staff are honest, fast, reliable and knowledgeable. He may not be the least expensive plumber in the area but his prices are fair and he shows up when he says he will and the jobs are completed properly the first time. I've used him for replacing my water heater, furnace and plumbing gas appliances.

Replaced wax seal on Toilet. $180. Seems very high. They did fix the problem.

Ok had 2 leak shower faucets repaired for 500 bucks. Kind of overpriced if you ask me but then again who am I to know the going rate. Jake was really nice. And they did fix the problem.
