We have used Naylor before and they always do a great job. They were able to come out today (same day) to swap out our old and failing sink disposal unit. TJ was quick and professional. He even helped us to tighten a very hard to reach faucet nut. We can strongly recommend Naylor for any plumbing needs.
Excellent company to deal with.
We have used them on 3 different occasions and every time they responded within 4 hours. They quickly identified the problem and made the repairs. Prices are reasonable and fair
We have used Naylor for years and I cannot criticize the work generally. Workers are courteous and seem to do a good job. I had a water heater replaced last month for a sizeable sum. Went to pay the bill and did notice that the equipment was available at HD and other places for an amount that made the labor costs quite seem extreme so I gave them a call. I was courteous and just asked why the labor costs seemed exorbitant. I was passed onto the boss who said it was not their issue that the water heater was available elsewhere and that ""you agreed to it"" with a chuckle as if they had pulled one over on us and it was tough luck, Got passed back to the other staffer to make payment and I said tell your boss we would not do business with them again and I intended to write a review to which he responded flippantly ""what ever"" Stunning in the sense I was just looking for an explanation. We have done business with them for years and thousands of dollars. Never again and I would urge others to stay away.
Based upon my first experience with Naylor today, I'm very satisfied and I intend to continue to use them whenever the need arises. Our former plumber recently retired and, after checking into a few plumbers serving our area, I decided on Naylor. Numerous positive reviews on Angie's List; family-owned and in business for decades; master plumbers; licensed, bonded, insured; 24/7/365 availability ... Naylor checked all my boxes. And, as I pleasantly discovered when I was presented with my first bill today, they give a 10% senior citizen discount on parts ... and their charges are very reasonable. A piece had broken off from the flushing mechanism inside one of our toilet tanks, causing us to have to flush the toilet manually. When I phoned Naylor today to schedule an appointment, I was delighted when a human being answered after a few rings. These days, you usually reach an answering machine and must leave a message for a return call. Bob, the dispatcher, was very friendly and, once again, I was delighted because he was able to send over a plumber today (he arrived about 30 minutes after I hung up the phone). The plumber - another Bob - was very friendly, completed the job within 30 minutes, and made no mess in the bathroom. According to Bob, the plumber, Bob, the dispatcher, answers all calls during business hours and, after business hours, a live person at an answering service answers ... you'll never get an answering machine. My first experience with Naylor was 100% positive.
Devonna B.This comany has a history with our home dated back to 1997! So I ws delighted to hve them back as the new homeowner. TJ was top notch! He ws fun, focused, informed and helpful. Look forward to continuing to work with him.
We've used Naylor for years. Recently, we were taken in by the advertising of a local competitor, decided to give them a try, and boy, were we sorry! We made the mistake of not asking for an estimate ahead of time when we booked the competitor. And we were charged a huge amount. I mean huge. There was still a leak when they finished the work, came back and couldn't find it.
A few weeks later, we decided to call Naylor to deal with the leak. We got our estimate ahead of time, and they were true to their word. They came on time, two days later, found the leak, did the work and left no mess.---all for less than half of what the other company charged. Needless to say, we will continue to use Naylor for our future plumbing needs.
First, I tried installation an electric water heater through Home Depot but get very slow response from installer and unreasonable high price. Naylor Plumbing responded immediately and installed water heater next day with a substantially lower price. They also noticed my old water pressure valve and suggested to consider replace in near future.
I also used them for installation of heat pump and so far I am very satisfied from their service.
Rebecca R.I've used these guys for a few years, now. At first they were okay, reasonably prompt, not terribly expensive as plumbers go. But when my well pump went up over the Memorial day weekend, they absolutely gouged me to get it replaced. Then I called them out for a tiny bathtub drain repair: Way too expensive and the guy who came left a huge mess behind. Finally, this past Monday, I called them because I had no cold water in my upstairs bathtub. Said they were super busy because of the 4th of July holiday (? I don't know what Independence Day has to do with plumbing, but whatever), couldn't come out til Tuesday. Guy came out Tuesday morning, again left a HUGE mess, including soaked towels and black footprints, said he had to order a part and it would take 2 days, couldn't/wouldn't give us any idea of cost, and left. Friday late afternoon he called and left a VM saying the part was in and he'd be out on Monday. I called the after hours number when I came home and got the message and told the operator to advise them NOT to send him back. Seriously, an entire WEEK?! and no communication until too late on a Friday for me to call somebody else? Unacceptable. I'm done with this company.
