My septic went out on a weekend of corse .. a holiday weekend at that .. and they were helpful on the phone saving me money by giving me advice on what would happen if they did come out verse if they came out on the holiday Monday .. helping me navigate what I can do to get through the weekend and save money and time .. and when they did show up they were professional and got busy right away had a truck come within a hour to drain the tank when it usually would take another day got me going with a team of three and woman on the phone all so helpful and job well done !! Couldn't ask for better service ! I called at least 5 other companies and Navo & Sons inc were by far the most helpful and fastest with a great price !!

We had a drainage issue in our front yard with a large amount of water build up. Kalem showed up and saved the day. He was very thorough and after checking/clearing all of the drains was able to find the culprit, a drain that was covered in overgrown brush which was blocking the water from flowing through. He did an awesome job and I would highly recommend this company (and Kalem)!

If you need septic service in this area call Navo and sons. They showed up when promised and did a great job. Stan and Seth informed me along the way and advised me to help make a decision on what needed to be done. They pumped my tank cleared roots from around the risers and repaired and removed roots in my leach field. Last year they replaced my pump. I would call them again if needed
