We were new to Arizona three years ago. We had a clogged sink and I just happen to be at Ace Hardware. A worker there gave me the number to Navarro (Luis) Plumbing.
He showed up within an hour with a reasonable price!!
Fast forward to tonight. We were trying to disconnect our fridge and the water valve broke! I called Navarro Plumbing, I was beginning to panic. He showed up and saved the night! He's professional, friendly and explained everything to us.
We have him scheduled again for Monday to install a toilet.
Knowing it will be done right!
I highly recommend him.

I have a Home warranty service and Louie at Navarro Plumbing said that the warranty service would reimburse us a portion of the money if we replaced our water softener. Come to find out he told the warranty service that it was customer neglect...he did not even turn the softener on just took a picture. If he would have took the time to turn it on he would have seen it was leaking on the top of the unit. We got denied after we paid him $1500.00 and we don't even know what brand he had installed since he put his stickers over the name of the unit. We will never be using Navarro again for anything! Just a fast talking con artist! Very Disappointed!

Louie came out to my house on a home warranty call. He spent the entire time telling me how great he was while his son did all the work.
They cut a hole in my ceiling to get to a pipe and didn't have the right part. So he told me he would be back in a couple days. They left a mess. After a week I called and left a message. No answer. After two weeks I called again and Louis answered. He said he would call me right back.
Of course he did not.
I had to connect to Old Republic Home Warranty. A day later they called me back and told me that it was not covered because of how the pipe was glued according to Louie.
I was never told any of this on the day they were there. It was a total blow-off.
So now I have a hole in my ceiling and mess left behind.
Old Republic and Navarro Plumbing will not get my business again.
Louie should spend more time actually committing to good service than trying to talk someone's ear off convincing them how great he is.

Louis and his son have been to our house two times. First to clear a stoppage and next to install a new hot water heater. Both times they did excellent work with fair and honest terms. These guys are now my go-to plumbers.

I had Navarro come out and install a water softener and a month later I was wondering why I wasn't using any salt come to find out the system was on bypass and this company never turned on the valve to service - this is put out , you may have to verify thier work.

We have a home warranty contract and when our bathroom was stopped up we called them and they called Navarro Plumbing. It took a few days of not having a bathroom and living in a hotel before they got here. As soon as they got here, they wanted the service payment before even starting. They asked me where the clean out pipe was, and since I'm not a plumber or knowledgeable about clean out pipes I told them I didn't know. They made a cursory look outside near the bathroom and told me they couldn't find it and would have to go on the roof which would be an extra $300. This happened 3 times. Finally in desperation I called another company and their plumber found the clean out pipe and convinced us that it would be in our best interest to replace the faulty pipe that kept getting clogged up. This company is the worst, stay away!

I really wanted to like the service. Service was scheduled and the person came to inspect the repairs. He would give me the quote later. One week later I have not heard back from him. I called him and sent him texts and no responses. This is unreliable.
