Just have to say ""Excellent""! Very prompt, efficient and super nice person. Highly recommend!
Rahil K.Adrian is amazing. I have used him for the past few years and I have to tell you he is one stand up guy. More than six months ago while he was doing a job on my guest house I asked him to cut come bolts on my toilet that were sticking out. After he left I noticed there was a hairline crack. but I was not going to mention and lived with it for a while. A few days ago I noticed that toilet is leaking. When he came by to look at it I mentioned that I noticed the crack after he left last time. He changed the toilet and did another job for me and would not accept any payment!! have you ever heard of that. I insisted but he said he can not accept any payment because he caused the problem and he stands behind his work!! Don't find too many people like him around.
I have used Adrian 3 times. Each time he did the work with a minimum of fuss and charged a fair price.
1. Fix a stopped up toilet. He fixed it and gave some advice and opinions about the toilet.
2. Replace same toilet. He told me what measurements I needed to know and told me to buy the toilet. When it arrived, I called him and he replaced it. I never had any trouble again after that.
3. Fixed a shut-off valve for the dishwasher. The dishwasher installer (not Adrian) said the valve was no good. Adrian said there is corrosion but it is okay. I will replace so the guy can't complain. Dishwasher is in. All is good.
He does a good job and he doesn't scare me when he comes to the house and I am alone. Highly recommended.
We can not say enough for NAVA PLUMBING. Adrian was great at explaining what he'd be doing to fix our slab leak. He is one who goes the extra mile to make sure everything is up to what you expect and also meets his standards which are high. Hope we don't need his services again but he's the ONLY ONE we will call if that happens.
Susan G.Adrian is the most reliable honest plumber I have ever worked with. During our remodel he gave valuable suggestions and was prompt and reasonable. He provided great insight to avoid potential problems. Have recommended him to family with great outcome!
BJ H.Adrian is wonderful! Fast. Honest. Knowledgeable. Affordable. I have had him do several jobs for me and will be hiring him again in the future. Bravo!
Terry B.I recently had ice maker line leak under my sink - causing much water damage (wish I'd found it earlier!). Adrian was recommended by my insurance company and he was outstanding. Came almost immediately and fixed the leak problem. Then I had him come out to replace the line with copper, which he did beautifully (had him replace the shut-off valves too). He is all the great things others have said here - I would definitely recommend him AND hire him again for any plumbing issues.
Mike T.What do you want most with a contractor? Reliability...honesty....professionalism...accountability? With Adrian you get it all. This guy is someone you can count on every time. He has completed several projects at my house over the years and done them all well. With the industry having a lot of sub-performers out there, why risk it? We only call Adrian for our plumbing needs, no one else matters.
I called because I had a small pin hole leak in a copper pipe in my backyard.
The call was answered by on the second ring and said he could get to me in same day.
He said he had all the parts on his truck. I really appreciate his customer service.
Paul K.This review is not necessarily for Nava Plumbing's services but more for their customer service. I called to get a cost estimate to repair a pinhole leak in a copper pipe. The guy on the phone told me that it depended on the parts needed and then told me how much they charged per hour but he also asked if I had tried a sharkbite coupler (which I prolly should've discovered in my earlier research of the issue). He said that I could easily do it without the need to pay a plumber to come out. Sure enough, I bought a coupling and a pipe cutter from Home Depot for $17 total. Then after a short YouTube video and some sweat in the attic, the pipe was good as new with no leakage. They could have easily scheduled me a service call and charged $150+ but instead chose to do the noble thing and help someone out. I may not be a customer per se but I can still vouch for their honesty. Thanks, Nava.
