I was very pleased with Henry. He did a great job fixing my floor heater. I've been enjoying the warmth it has been creating now for 5 days. He did a great job fixing a 1938 floor heater that had been modified. It's interesting that the newer more modern parts were the parts that broke down and not the original 1938 parts. Henry explained where the heater was originally made due to it's historic markings. I feel that the prices that they gave me were competitive. I had a heating company come out earlier to fix the heater but they just diagnosed it and gave me a price that was almost the same as Nautilus Plumbing. The other heating company wanted to come back at a later date. Henry fixed it the day he came out. They were polite in making sure that when they walked into the house they were clean. They even walked in the house with booties on! Henry and his coworker were also interesting to talk to.

Nautilus team Very professional and knowledgeable. Dug up bricks and Landscraping to get to the pipe replacement . When they were done with the job , the area they worked on looked better then before . Highly recommended!

We called Nautilus to come and do a sewage inspection of a home we were hoping to by. Sergio and his team arrived on time and got straight to work. When root obstruction was so severe they were unable to complete the inspection, both agents for the house, the owner, and I were brought out, and they showed us on the scope what the problems were and the appropriate course of action. They were clear in their explanation and provided concrete examples so that the home owner and I were on the same page - very helpful in negotiating. They cleaned everything up neatly, down to the decorative rock, and I look forward to working with them again.

Sergo, Jose, and Chris are the best plumbers you could work with. They are on time, knowledgable, and go the extra mile. They were patient with all my questions and explained everything that I needed to know. I have found my plumbers. I will call them from now on for any plumbing work that I need. Service at it's finest! Over the last few weeks I've had a few plumbing issues, which is usually a huge pain in the neck but Nautilus has made my life so much easier. They arrived to my house in less than 30 minutes with each call I've made. They are reasonably priced, and their technicians are very kind, polite, and smart. Once again, Nautilus comes through! Needed to upgrade and replace an outdoor water heater. I called Jake and he had a couple of guys there within 30 minutes. Very polite and friendly. They took a look and gave me a quote. They also made some other infrastructure upgrade recommendations, but were agreeable when I said we'd look at those another time. Showed up the next morning to install - excellent quality work and on budget!

Wow wow wow. I can't tell you what a lifesaver Sergio and Chris were. I had a backup and a terrible leak in my kitchen sink and they were on site in less than an hour. Their work was efficient and comprehensive. They are going to be my go-to guys from now on!

We've had Nautilus come to our condo three times. Twice they did work and once was just for a quote.

Seems like one of those subcontractor deals. The first team replaced a old valve in our toilet and now it is better than ever.

(Word to the wise, if you can, rebuild an old toilet rather than buy a new weak low-flow kind that dominate the market today)

Anyway, we didn't get the names of the first team so couldn't request them the second time. The team they sent instead may have been fine but I didn't like them as much so we passed on getting the work done at the time.

But eventually the sink needed to be fixed so we called again and luckily this time we got Sergio (the one who fixed the toilet!) as well as his new teammate Perez. These guys were great! Very professional, friendly, respectful of my house, good price (they will work with you a bit) and definitely quality work. Plus they took all the trash with them and cleaned up.

Highly recommend. With our building being older and having old pipes we've called 4-5 plumbers over the last 3 years and Sergio and Perez have been the best so far. I'm having them come back to redo some old galvanized pipes in our unit.
