Our bathroom sink sprung a leak which in turn made us have to turn off the water for the whole house. Luckily for us that they came out today to take care of us. Sergio and Yovani did a excellent job they were prompt, courteous and very professional. We will call no one else in the future for our plumbing services. Thank you guys!

It was easy to schedule an appointment. The scheduler/call operator was very pleasant to speak with. Anthony and Yehvony, the servicemen who helped me, arrived on time. They were gentleman - very polite and well spoken. They assessed the job I contacted Nautilus for and provided a cost estimate for the work, reviewing it with me before starting. There was no ambiguity.

While Anthony and Yehvony were here I asked them to investigate 2 other issues which were not related to what I scheduled the original service appointment for. They were very polite, estimated the work, reviewed the details with me and completed the 2 additional jobs while they were here.
I cannot recommend Nautilus Plumbing enough. This should be the go-to Plumbing company for anyone who lives in the Los Feliz area!

I found Nautilus through my real estate agent originally for inspection. Then we moved forward with the suggested repairs of a old sewer system and Sergio and his team are amazing. We had Nautilus come out and do some much needed work -- they gave us a great estimate for a complex sewer problem and helped install our washer and dryer on a separate occasion. They give free estimates and Sergio specifically is a great, honest guy, and knowledgable and good at his job.

I found Nautilus through a Google search of plumbers in our area, and I went with them because of their reviews. The apartment we are renting for the winter had some issues with the kitchen sink, and we ended up needing a new garbage disposal.
In short, Nautilus was great. They came out very quickly (within the given time window), and were always very professional (and safe - masks on the whole time). They clearly diagnosed the issues and the work they did was very good. When they left, the place was clean and everything was working as it should.
Can't say enough good things about these guys.

I absolutely appreciated the professional services provided by Sergio and his awesome team. I made one phone call regarding a messy issue and was able receive same day response. The matter was approached with regards to the current state of affairs. Three team members arrived at my home in Glendale with masks, gloves, shoe protection to prevent damage to my floors which are carpeted. The customer service provided by the Nautilus crew members was exceptional. Nautilus plumbing has earned a spot on my refrigerator as my go to plumber.
