I contacted Nauman to fix on outdoor dryer vent. Tom Sullivan was the person sent to fix it. He explained what had to be done and did it so fast, I was very impressed. What a nice man. Never had a bad experience with Nauman employees. If I need anything else that needs to be fixed, will be contacting Nauman. Thank you

Overpromised, Over Paid and Underdelivered - Choose a different company

What a heartbreaking disappointment. We sunk half our savings into a brand-new heating system with the main goal of freeing up our utility room for much needed storage in our new (but very old) house only to have them bait and switch the situation after installation began. After working with Dave and two site visits, the installation was done incorrectly and left us with less space than we had to start with. When discussed with the representative he came out to ""make it right"" but just tried to bully us into agreeing their decisions were the right ones when they were not at all what was agreed upon and discussed and we never heard from them again. They essentially abandoned us and left us to figure out how to fix it on our own - Didn't stand behind their work at all. They offered nothing to fix their errors and correct the situation and now we will have to pay another company thousands more dollars (on top of the over $12k we're already out) to fix the problem they caused.

Return customer, always does a great job with all projects. I had a totally clogged sewerlne two days before Christmas, stop by the new location which is beautiful and spoke with Jarrit, he was all booked up and couldn't get anyone there, BUT he gave me a great contact that hopefully could get it done...De-Clogged sewer & drain. Thanks so much Jarrit!!, never heard of the business, Arnie came out and had the sewerline unclogged within an hour.
