This is the second time requesting Natures Work. First time they fixed our heating system. Second time they came out late to service our kitchen sink. They are always reliable and efficient.

I love the North Shore because we have a strong sense of community and we are engaged. That said, I hope this is helps my fellow community members. I have been painfully dealing with HVAC issues for the past year. I hired a company Natureworks HVAC Plumbing Heating and Cooling to service my HVAC unit. During his service the technician accidentally cut into the wrong pipes and made the unit inoperable. He offered to repair at his own expense or replace the machine. I chose to work with him and have my units replaced. He recommended York because if he sold me the unit he could get some official service status. I agreed to help. Fast forward 1 year later the unit he sold me for close to $8000 was defective and broke down at the exact 1 year point from installation . Ryan the owner of the company refused to take the machine back and offered to order the part and replace it. The part and Ryan disappeared for over 6 weeks. When I reached out to Andrea (at Natureworks) she blamed YORK for the poor service and shipping delays. I was disappointed and wanted a solution, she replied that Natureworks was doing me a favor by solving the issue and that it was not their problem. This was Ocotber 2024. It's now March 2025. My new HVAC contractor is stuck waiting for new parts. York and their distributor sent a replacement part that was clearly used and damaged. I'm happy to share all the emails and logs I kept. But for now Im letting my community members know to stay away from Natureworks HVAC (Hempstead) and Stay away from York units. Nature-Works HVAC Heating Cooling - Emergency 24 Hr Service. I will also publish my experience on The Nextdoor community app. I live in a Fairfield Properties gated community on the North Shore and will also forward this to Fairfield Properties management. this company advertises as an hvac service provider . They installed wrong hvac units in our high flow velocity system and couldnt get it to work. We called in another Hvac company and they said that completely wrong units were put in and they had never seen such bad quality of work . This company lied to us and took our money . save yourself the hassle and money !

Unprofessional and unethical. I had a slow leak in my water heater expansion tank, they came at 10am and said I need a new one and quoted $450 ($100 for part, $350 for 2 hours of labor they said it would take). This included providing a support for the tank. I tried to get another quote until I went to the basement and saw that he loosened the tank causing it to spray and if I didn't get it fixed ASAP it would be a flood by the next day. (they claim they didn't, too bad a camera in the basement proves otherwise). They were the only ones available and I asked for a discount so they said $400 for the work and they would be here by 6pm. Ryan showed up at 8pm and never told me he would be late (no communication). He was done in 20 minutes. I said why are you charging $350 for 20 minutes, he said he was a ""master plumber"" and he does things in 20 minutes that it takes others 2 hours for - laughable. He shut off the main water valve (I ran and shut off all faucets in the house) and he claims he did all the work to ""flush"" the system. He basically removed and installed a Home Depot tank which goes for $45 that he charged me $100 for. Not surprisingly, their invoice showed nothing how much parts cost. I asked about the support bracket and he wanted to charge me an extra $50, I said that was part of the quote but he said he already gave me a $50 discount so now I got to pay it. How does the discount entitle you not to complete the work??? These guys nickel and dime - when I get a bigger project I will never call them again, glad you made a couple hundred extra off me. These guys are the most unprofessional company I have seen. Never again.

What a crook, overcharged for everything done, gave a a price 4 times higher than anyone else just to unclog a sink and change a toilet. Would never use this thief. Called roto rooter and it was fixed in ten minutes.

Accurate assessment of pricing. Work was done in a timely manner. Ryan was such a joy to work with. He is very knowledgeable; personable and friendly. Left everything neat and you could see he took pride in his work. The quality of his work was great and pricing was so reasonable and affordable. I will definitely be using him again.

I reached out via Yelp to get some assistance with my boiler. Nature works was the first to respond and after some preliminary questions Adrian was at my door within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got everything solved. I had a quite a few questions and he took the time to answer everything until i understood. Great service and nice people!

These guys show up on time and got right to business. Got my heat back on in no time and price did not break the bank. Would recommend nature work.
